The only times they haven't is when I ask the dash driver to confirm. In a moment of severe craving at work yesterday, I said heck with it, I'll order a burrito. Guess what?! NO SAUCE. I called in and in my most pleasant voice, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told they were busy but they would take my number down and have her call me back. NO call ever came. I was complaining to a coworker and sure enough she says "oh, that happened to a coworker last week." After that, I went and checked the reviews. Sure enough there were multiple complaining about not getting sauce on the side. At this point I'm questioning if the employees are just that dense or is this just full on laziness? I'm being ripped off every time for something I shouldn't even have to pay for in the first place. Won't be going back. Definitely won't be suggesting to visiting friends and family either.
