For starter, very kind and respectful, to working within a good budget that pretty decent with these gas prices. I had to make a few changes last minute and it was handled and stress free. Very clean and accommodating. The party bus had A/C, provided with the price; sodas and water, and bluetooth connection to get the party started. The driver was very kind and easy going for our crew. Especially with alcohol involved, the 8 hour day was stress free and so much fun because of the driver. After drop off, we made sure to do our part and clean up after ourselves. A time was had, and even after the travel, the owner reached out making sure it was a great experience. Definitely book for a day of fun and not having to worry about DDs, enjoy your family for any celebration, game drop off, graduation, prom or whatever you think you need a ride to have a party on the road. My group and I were satisfied and will be booking again.

He was not only professional but also super chill and accommodating--gave us extra time, let us really let loose, and made sure we were having a blast the entire ride. The bus was clean, the vibes were on point, and the price? Totally reasonable for the level of service we got. If you're looking to party your butt off in style, this is the one to book. We tried to see if any other company can accommodate us on such short notice that morning and of course no luck because limo companies book at least 24 hours in advance to prepare their drivers for the day. Completely ruined our birthday celebration, but we made the most of it. At least the deposit was refunded. Just beware when booking this company.

This review is months overdue, but I have so many glowing things to say about this company!…read more I worked with Nicole and Vik in Summer 2024 to provide shuttle service for my wedding. Our location was scenic and located at the bottom of a mountain, putting a limit on parked cars on site. We needed to direct people to a local park and ride, and hire a shuttle. This requirement was the most complicated logistic we had to coordinate for the wedding, but working with Regal Carriage reduced all of our stress and made planning a breeze! We called all shuttle companies in the region to inquire, and most companies didn't have the resources, interest, or capacity to support what we needed (we needed a pick up window and multiple drop off windows, which spanned most of the day in a rural area). We were so fortunate to find this company. The first person I spoke to was Nicole who was extremely kind, patient, and made the process welcoming. Immediately when we began planning- i recognized how accountable, communicative, and determined Nicole was to make this work for our wedding day. Vik shared his impressive work history and expertise in navigating complicated roads, which brought me relief as I was nervous having a large vehicle travel on the narrow and winding roads to the site. We needed a complex schedule, so Nicole and Vik worked closely and efficiently with me, my husband, and our day of contact to safely and reliably bring ~30 guests to and from our wedding! They thought of everything.. down to planning ahead for how we could get in contact in an area with spotty cell reception. We rented a 14 seater- the vehicle was so clean and immaculate. Our guests complimented how luxurious the whole experience felt, how safely Vik drove them, and how kind, professional, and friendly he was! You can tell this is a family business that prides themselves on great, caring customer service and going above and beyond. In weddings... not everything is going to go right. But the one thing we were able to count on was Regal Carriage :) Please support this awesome business! Pristina + BK

Responses to my inquiries were quick, polite, and professional from Paula at their office. We had several itinerary changes, which were graciously accommodated. Lucas, the driver, was punctual and got the teenagers safely to and from each stop. I drove separately to meet them at the first stop (photos at an obscure location) and I noticed Lucas drove that giant vehicle competently and followed all traffic laws. Bless him for calmly dealing with 18 rowdy teenagers, too. Parts of the outside of the bus could use a little perking up, but it was clean and very nice inside. Just like the photos posted. The stereo system was awesome, and the kids were able to connect their own music. They all said their time in the party bus was more fun than the prom itself, that they would have happily driven around in it most of the night. All in all, highly recommend!

If you're looking for more than just a ride from point A to point B, Universal Limousine delivers…read morean experience that's worth talking about. I'll be honest, the pricing is higher than your typical rideshare service, but once you experience the level of professionalism, comfort, and attention to detail, you understand exactly what you're paying for. This isn't the company you call when you need a quick ride across town. This is the company you call when the occasion actually matters. Whether you're planning a special date night with your spouse, celebrating with your parents, taking a loved one out for a memorable evening, or organizing transportation for an important event, Universal Limousine helps make the entire experience feel first-class from start to finish. What I also like is the variety of vehicles they offer. Need a luxury sedan? They have it. Need an SUV for a small group? No problem. Planning a corporate outing, wine tour, or team-building event? They even have larger buses to accommodate bigger groups comfortably. The drivers are professional, the vehicles are clean and well-maintained, and the service makes you feel like a valued guest instead of just another fare. In a world full of rideshare apps, Universal Limousine reminds you what true chauffeured service is supposed to feel like. If the trip is important and you want the journey to be part of the memory, this is the company I'd recommend every time.
