She knew exactly how to swaddle and pose him, while Steve was a true artisan with the camera. Steve captured the most expressive shots at all the right angles. Beverly and Steve were also very receptive to our requests! My husband is a rock climber, so we wanted to create a couple of newborn pictures that included his climbing gear. Beverly made it come together so beautifully! Steve and Beverly were also patient and kind about newborn messes (spraying during diaper changes, spit up after feeding, etc.). After continued attempts to get a hold of Angela via phone and emails, I finally tried TEXTING Angela in November. I was happy to see a text response from her! but then baffled when I read her message. I've attempted to post screenshots of the text exchange but it appears only a portion is posting. In summary, Angela stated she felt she was harassed by me and would not respond to my bullying tactics. Again, I was dumbfounded. Ultimately, she refused to return our $100 deposit and went silent on us again. In hindsight, I should have noticed that most of the Yelp reviews are over a year old. I don't see any recent reviews which should have been a red flag. I hope Angela is able to improve her operations and customer experience as she is clearly talented at taking beautiful photos.
