    They worked on my daughters car years ago. Messed up the transmission and had to take them to court. Not an honorable company unfortunately.

I had a bad feeling about it so I called Todd And he told me to get the Jeep away from them ASAP, I went and picked it up and had it towed straight to him. The next day it was fixed with out having to buy any new parts. By taking it to Tooltime I saved time, money, and the stress of dealing with a much lesser shop. I will never make that mistake again. Tooltime is by far the BEST place to take a Jeep. They're professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly honest.

I was excited to spend a lot of money with them. Like all first visits, I asked for an initial once over - knowing about the issues I wanted to make sure they found so as to judge their character and thoroughness. I dropped my jeep off on a Friday, 2 weeks ago. I was told then that it would be Wednesday or Thursday of next week before I would know anything. I said thats fine - expecting about a one week turn around if not the following Wednesday or Thursday. After two weeks, I went up there that following Friday - the week after they said I should know something HAVING NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE PHONE CALL found a sign saying ON VACATION BE BACK MONDAY. I was surprised. A business like this I believed would have the character to let me know about these things prior so I would have the chance to pick up my vehicle as TOO BE CONSIDERATE OF SOMEONE's TIME IF THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. They had my only key so even though they left the gate open, they didn't think to offer me the chance to pick it up. The weekend passed and Monday came. I said surely someone will call me to give me a status update, I mean, it's after their vacation - ready to work - let me know a new time table? NO - NOTHING. The unprofessional behavior of TOOLTIME JEEP floored me. I visited the shop today to get some kind of explanation and a new timeline. After just beginning to explain my frustration an angry/agrivation took over the man in the office. He demanded I pick up my jeep - sayin "let me get your key for you." I waited in the office for 10 mins. After getting extremely worried about what could be happening in as the result of some anger I may have caused asking "why wasn't I called to be made aware of the vacation?" - I walked around the fence to investigate. He had my jeep running with the A/C on, him standing outside talking to someone. I approached and came to find out it was A MORE WEALTHY CUSTOMER. This was despicable. I was prepared to have them do my cage, diff, lift, lockers, bumpers, wheels EVERYTHING. I was hurt. I just wanted an explanation. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I hope they catch up and can find a way to be more professional.

I have known Preston and his family for over 10 years now. He has taken care of my last Honda and now my current Honda, which he inspected at the dealership with me prior to purchasing. I have never second guessed him or is intentions. He is always honest, fair, direct and will only recommend what is absolutely needed. He is always available when I have a question. We knew my starter was going bad, it was just a matter of time...well yesterday late morning was that time. As I was about to be on my way to a doctor's appointment, my car took several tries (and clicking) before finally starting. I called Preston on my way, and explained. He closes at noon on Fridays and it was nearing 11:00. He said he would wait for me to check it out. I had my grown son stay in my car, with it running, and went into my appointment. After, I called Preston and told him I was on my way. I arrived just before noon...we thankfully were able to duplicate the car not starting. We decided I would leave my car there over the weekend and he should have the new starter installed by Monday. I was fine without having a car for the weekend. My Dad picked me up from Preston's and I went home back to work....Preston texted me a few hours later saying he went to pick up my starter from Honda, installed it and was ready for me to pick it up. This kind, thoughtful man, said he didn't want me to not have a car over the weekend. He decided to take care if it early. I said I would not be able to come get it until close to 5 and he said it was fine. I got another ride back to him just before 5, and told this amazing man, how thankful I was and appreciated him. Now, I don't have to worry or wonder when I would be stranded, and need to be towed to him. GO SEE PRESTON AT BRETT'S FOR ANY OF YOUR HONDA/ACURA NEEDS IR CONCERNS!!!!
