I'm writing a negative review after being "punished " for asking him to honor his quote for mulch…read moreof $800 (which I sent back as a screenshot to prove.) He previously up charged me to $1000. After texting if he would honor the original stated cost. He responded punitively and basically pushed the schedule to mid July. Knowing this is too late for mulch without addressing my question. Additionally they charged $700 to fix a small corner. No further soil was added and I placed the edging rocks back in place prior. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY, overcharged then dropped as a prior 2 year client. They did the original landscaping which was very pricey Near $8000. As an existing repeat customer this is UNACCEPTABLE!

In the process, water damage was discovered (due to the way our house was built) and Shawn and his crew came up with the a permanent solution. They completed the work in a timely fashion and did a beautiful job. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to complete a minor project what a different contractor left undone.
