NO STARS. NEGATIVE STARS. WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO US????? SWIMM came highly recommended by friends…read moreand I saw the work other crews had done. First, he "lost" my phone number; weeks later when I called him again said he had a guy who could fix my pond issues. call #3 [why did I keep trying?] I wanted the weeds gone from around and in the pond. He said he'd start the work after Labor Day. The Thursday before labor Day I was not home. My husband found 2 women taking pictures of the house. My husband could not reach me all day and when I returned home I saw the women [with kids] on their cell phones at the pond. They were supposed to be weeding around the pond. They CUT THE TOPS OFF. They cut down my blooming butterfly bush. When I tried to speak with them -- THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! Saturday morning I left a message that I did not want anyone else from his company to come to my house and I would call him Monday [I forgot it was a holiday]. He showed up at my house [claiming he did not get my message] and got belligerent when I explained my concerns. I gave him a check for more than the work was worth and now, a week later, the weeds are back. I have been picking stones, bottle caps, latex gloves and clumps of dirt from the yard. I need to redo the work [YES-- he suggested I use Roundup around the pond]. HE should pay ME for what he did.

All Pro Tree & Landscaping Service is a family owned business that has been in business since 1978…read more They specialize in tree care & removal services, but also landscaping, firewood and insurance claims. I recently had a massive tree fall in my backyard during a storm - we got lucky that it happened at 2AM, no one was hurt, and it also didn't damage any cars or homes, but it did destroy my fence, shed, and damage my garage. This is the first time I've really ever had to file a home insurance claim, and as anyone who's ever dealt with insurance knows, it can all be very confusing. The way it was explained to me, it seemed like I was going to be stuck paying a very large bill, and insurance would only be covering a very small part of it. As most millennials do, I went to social media for help. Skyler, one of the owners, reached out to me and felt that he could help. He said they had a lot of experience working with insurance and knew how things needed to be written up for it to benefit me most. He seemed to know what he was talking about, so I moved forward with them. And he was correct - insurance ended up covering the entire quote. Unfortunately, the tree fell during a period of weeks long heavy rains, and there were a lot of emergency situations where they weren't able to get to me immediately, but they got to me in the time frame Skyler told me, and any time there was any change, he texted me immediately and always communicated in a timely manner. Skyler was easy to work with, made some compromises to be able to help me, and I felt as if I was a priority for them. The crew got everything gone in two days, cleaned up my property, and made the whole process extremely easy. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
