I cannot say enough great things about Christian!…read more We live in NorCal and needed to sell our rental property. We wanted someone who could handle all aspects of the sale knowing we wouldn't be present. After reading other reviews and seeing how he has worked with several out of town sellers, and then speaking with him directly, we knew he was the right person! The first thing he did was hook us up with a handyman (who not only did a great job, but also in record time). He installed new LVP flooring, painting, installed countertops and more. After completion, Christian scheduled a house cleaner and then a photographer to promote the property. We got the house on the market in about 3 weeks with beautiful pictures and it sold immediately and it closed in 25 days. Through the entire process, Christian was very communicative and kept us in the loop the entire time. I can't imagine how this process could have gone any better! Highly recommend!!

Several firms had a desk clerk answering the phone and didn't have answers to some simple questions. We called Christian and didn't feel the need to interview other agents since Christian was very responsive and quickly understood our questions and could relate to our needs. Christian took the time to educate us about the Menifee area, understand what we were looking for, and help narrow down our options. He immediately got to work helping us find the right home for our family. Being out of town buyers, we had a ton of questions throughout the process. From understanding solar agreements to home inspections, timelines, and everything in between, there were a lot of moving parts. Christian was always available, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining everything so we felt comfortable making decisions. What started as a simple Sunday morning phone call ended with us getting the keys to our beautiful new home in Menifee! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated real estate agent in Menifee, CA, or anywhere in Riverside County, we highly recommend Christian Rios!
