The orthopedic surgeon did wonders in getting his leg repaired. I was impressed that let his baby and my little one come up to visit with him. The first floor , "first line of defense"... these individuals are extremely talented and knowledgeable! They have the skills, tools and resources Available to save lives and limbs for whatever the call is. The wealth of knowledge is unbelievable and every time Im here I learn something new. No Day is the same. So being dynamic and having the ability to adapt and overcome what comes rushing through their doors is impressive to watch and even sometimes be a part of. I just want to thank the Center and the team for having me and my students and taking us in with wide open arms willing to teach and educate the youth and future of medicine.

I have read the bad reviews and they're probably from non locals. I have been to other hospitals…read morein Florida and some are newer and cleaner and they don't have doctors. This one has some awesome surgeons and nurses. The rooms are great and they're clean. The waiting areas get a lot of traffic as most patients have more than one person with them. Speaking Spanish is a plus as they will always speak Spanish to you first. Parking is in parking lot is $1 for every 20 min max $8 a day or valet. They do validate which brings the price down a bit.

I've never been to this hospital but the rooms are nice and spacious. Most importantly it was clean. I'm sure you all are thinking "well it's a hospital so it should be". However, you'd be surprised. Overall I think this is a great home away from home for the children and their families to be comfortable for the duration of their stay.

I was so excited to find that Jackson are VBAC friendly - something I really wanted - and here was this absolutely equipped hospital to support me in that. My OB was Dr. Rachel Franklyn and all her wonderful team, very attentive and friendly. My little one came super fast (being the 3rd and all!) and I was treated with professionalism and the level of care was beyond great. And look, I've delivered every child of mine at different hospitals. My first was at a private hospital (well to do and all) in Los Angeles. The second was a c-section in a different hospital which was public in LA also. So I had those to compare my experience at Jackson. I only have really good things to say. They were the only hospital that never took my baby away to weigh or whatnot (after a healthy routine birth ofc) and they REALLY prioritize skin to skin. I was told I could hold him and bond as long as I wanted to and whenever I was ready they would do those measurements and further procedures they do normally with baby. Literally they were so respectful. I couldn't get an epidural because it all went so fast and there was no way I was going to be able to sit still through those surges but the nurses kept me calm and encouraged me throughout the contractions. Always checking on me, holding my hand, encouraging my husband and guiding us both through a wonderful and intense life moment. During delivery one nurse even was thoughtful enough to pick up my phone right after delivery and document/photograph the moment we met our son. Those photos are among my most treasured and I didn't ask or plan for that. I always felt treated with respect and like a human to be cared for on every level. I would deliver there again in a heartbeat without question they are so experienced and kind!

The doctor, Dr. Carbunar is a genius and I actually felt like she cared and took her time to acknowledge my family members condition. Hopefully you don't need to come here but if you do, I recommend this neurology office. They accept multiple insurance carriers and self pay as well. Parking in at the garage next door at the CRB building. There is a fee to park there but 1 hr should be $3. They do not have a private parking lot and there is also street parking in the surrounding area.

They promised the proxy to wean the patient off the trach and that the patient would receive therapy so that the patient would be transferred there from Baptist Kendall, Miami. The patient was immobile and recovering from a ruptured aneurysm. Instead of weaning him off the trach and provided much needed therapy, the staff constantly over-medicated him with a FDA non-certified anti-psychotic drug to keep him asleep 24/7 against the families wishes, this can be considered ELDER/ADULT Abuse. Since he was medicated 24/7 he was unresponsive, and unable to receive any much needed therapy. He developed 2 lung infections there. The Doctors are never there, if they exist at all? In the 2 months I was accompanying the patient before the proxy finally was convinced to move him, the nurses left the patient without his meals, & medicated him, they would not perform ANY therapy, they would write up mis-diagnosis to the insurance. In December 2023, after almost to 2 months of elder abuse we had a health scare & we had to sign out the patient A.M.A because the office manager refused to call an ambulance to send the patient to an emergency room. We had to out-of-pocket the ambulance. We moved the patient to another Rehab facility, where he is slowly recovering, progressing, speaking, trach removed & with therapy and actual care. Unfortunately, He lost 2 valuable months at the Hell Health Hole that is slowly killing all its patients, dirty, unattentive with Doctors that are M.I.A. Yet they bill the insurance for services that one that was there everyday did NOT see. If you have a loved one this place is not what it appears. All they do is sedate the patient 24/7, therapy is next to null, and there is no communication to the family as to the patient's health or progress. Select Specialty slowly is killing their patients and milking the insurance. DO NOT PLACE A LOVED ONE THERE. They should be closed down, honestly, it is an incubator of bacteria, misrepresentative of what they offer, and all they care about is collecting all they can from the insurance, scam the insurance until the patient dies or is transferred to another partner facility and they do not care about the patient's progress or recovery. Therefore, they DO NOT OFFER, quality healthcare, not at all. Stay away from this place!

Here I am. March 2018, our experience has been over all good. My grandmothers health a roller coaster. She is being discharge to a rehab. The respiratory team is excellent, the dietitian can talk all day , however she is very knowledgeable. I feel they need better attention from the phone receptionist, other than that my family is please with the care at Select. The remodeling looks great, this made a big difference when we first made the decision to chose this facility. Cheers.
