Raemarr offers beautiful shutters and shades at a great price! My husband and I met Mark during the construction of our new home. Prior to meeting Mark, we researched shades and shutters from budget and big-box vendors. Mark offered a large variety of window treatments/styles/colors. Notably, he did not price his product based on our neighborhood (Vintage Oaks). In fact, his prices were less than the other competitors in the San Antonio and New Braunfels area. Equally important, Mark never pressured us to make a purchase. In fact, he mentioned the remote controls and Hub options for the Hunter Douglas shades but never pushed us to spend the extra money. Other stores hyped the technology before we chose any window treatments. We have many large windows in our home. Mark designed shutters that are beautiful and maintained the open view of the windows. Our plan was to install our window treatments in stages. The prices were so reasonable, we completed the entire house and had enough money from our deco budget to buy the Hub for the shades ;-) Everything arrived as promised. I Highly recommend Mark with Raemarr Interior Shutters. We recently ordered Hunter Douglas roller shades and honeycomb motorized shades for our new home. Mark worked with us before, during and after the sale. He was very accommodating and made 2 trips to our home while we were in the decision making process . We added motorization to our family room shades ,after our initial decision was made , and Mark made sure that was added to our order so it wouldn't slow down the fulfillment time line. He made several calls to us during the wait period to update us on the progress. Once the shades arrived, Todd was in our home to install them on the same day. He was very quick and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Mark helped us after the sale too, when one of shades stopped working. I highly recommend Mark and his company RAEMARR Interior Shutters. Mark really helped us gain a vision of what would work best for us based on the windows inside our new construction home. His suggestions regarding which frames to use for certain windows and selection of paint color turned out to be spot on! We had many windows, including some that were arched, but the overall price was very reasonable. We have purchased our homes Hunter Douglas shades from Raemarr at three different times. Mark has has been very professional to work with and helpful in the selection process. He respresents several companies besides Hunter Douglas so he can provide a good selection. His prices are competitive but the best is his service. We had the draw mechanism of our largest shade break. He sent us to the Hunter Douglas repair store. They could not repair the shade as it was 10 years old and the mechanism was no longer made and no longer under warranty. Mark called Hunter Douglas and they agreed to make a replacement shade at no cost. We were very pleased. Mark has been in business since 1991 and I am sure that was helpful getting my shade replaced. My husband and and I could not be more pleased with the look and feel that these new window treatments add to our home. When I called for an appointment, Mark was able to fit me in the same day.
