I don't even know some of the most basic handyman work - so when 2 of my kitchen lights went out - I needed someone to help me replace them. Aris could've easily came to just change 2 light bulbs, and charge me for 2 hours (he charges a minimum of 2 hours). It's not often that people/companies care about their customers as people, and not just see them as sales/profit -- so this was a very excellent and exceptional experience for me. I will definitely go to Aris for any electrical needs for myself, as well as my work, going forward!! :)

The person who was originally supposed to come out & do the quote for me got called out to an emergency job but instead of rescheduling the appointment, which many companies would do, they kept the appointment & sent out 2 others. They were both informative & friendly. I'm sorry but I forget the name of the one man but the second one was Elliot. They explained why my outdoor plug kept tripping the breaker & what they would replace the old pot lights with. Elliot & Ethan, the electricians who did the work, were here on time & got straight to work. They cleaned up after themselves & explained everything that they had done. They were thorough, friendly & just overall, wonderful people & a credit to the company as are everyone that I dealt with at Capt Electric. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an electrician.
