(The vehicle is safetied and looked after, the line was just old.) I attempted to reason with him and asked for alternative solutions because it would have been nice to complete the transaction, but he only said "you're the one with the money, so sort your problem out." When I came to tow my car, it was left unlocked in their lot and the key was left in the ignition, killing the brand new battery I had just put into it and putting my belongings in the car at risk. If you're going here for something extremely simple like an oil change, tire rotation or anything like that, you'll likely be fine.
