He said that the Radon levels were double the limit. We lived there for 10 years! He said the secondary roof was not attached at all. He said there were several blockages in our sewage system. NONE of these things were true! He ended up scaring our buyers away and losing out on a 425k sale and also paying for professional radon testing, plumbers, and contractors to check everything. We have a video from the plumber showing absolutely no blockages, a normal radon reading and a contractor estimate that reads that the roof is indeed attached. The radon professionals told us that they see this all the time from these guys. They do not know how to properly collaborate their machines, so it gives a crazy reading. The icing on the cake is the video I have of the inspector telling the buyers that they can go and renegotiate the entire price of the house because of his findings! How unbelievably unprofessional is that! A lawsuit waiting to happen if you ask me!? I will never hire skytech and I will make sure everyone I know never does either. They need to learn how to do their job correctly. Absolutely worst experience ever!!
