I immediately turned to yelp knowing I would be able to find movers that had been vetted since I needed his apartment cleared with in 2 Days. Well Off Moves were the first responders giving me a flat rate estimate the night I set up the project. The estimate increased when Vincent came to view the job the next day. But I must say the increase was justifiable considering he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Everything was broke down, moved, and set up efficiently by the following afternoon.

He never showed up, never delivered the materials, and stopped responding to my messages entirely. After I posted about this on the Nextdoor app, multiple other people came forward saying he also tried to scam them in similar ways. This appears to be a pattern of dishonest behavior, not a one-time mistake. I'm reporting him and his so-called business to the Better Business Bureau and urge anyone else who's had a similar experience to do the same. Do not trust this person with your money or your home.

He was so very nice, so so kind! I also called him again yesterday to haul some trash and he was there again in 15 minutes to help out! I was so happy to see that he was finally on Yelp and I could post a review. He travels everywhere! He's great! Don't hesitate to use him for trash removal, wallpaper rugs, washers, dryers, all things removal! He also took out a tree for me last year! He's awesome!!!

I also made a pile of tree branches and patio walkway stones that I wanted gone as well. I came Yelp to find someone who could remove all this junk as soon as possible. Brian got right back to me and asked if I could send him pictures. He quoted me a really fair price and said he could be over the next morning to do the job. I didn't even have to be home when he was there! All I had to do was leave a check in the mailbox for him. Seriously too easy and hassle-free. Call Brian for junk removal.

They sent a small truck to move my items from my storage unit. It was 2 younger guys and boy did they pack the truck. It took them So much so that they broke lots of items. All of our fragile items were labeled clearly but I guess they didn't care. My Mom had a very elegant floor vase that was broken into pieces. We had a flat screen TV in which the screen was cracked. We had multiple glasses broken. They took zero care in the handling of our items. I contacted them on 10/30 yo let them know of the damaged items and it took them until today to send me back a measly $322. I was told on 11/19 they would send the money beginning of December. Do you think they proactively reached out? NO! I messaged them. My items were moved from PA to DE on 10/27. They moved items from a storage unit that was located at ground level to a garage at my new home. It took them from 8a to about 4pm. They charged me $1160. They wanted to charge me more but when I told them how much time they took to pack and unload they charged me $150 less I think it was. Astaghfirallah- Seek Allah's forgiveness I hope no one experiences what we went through.
