Although they are changing flags , the Raddison should be embarrassed by the state of this hotel. It is under construction which they did not mention. There was wet paint and equipment on the floor we were on. It was noisy and dirty and we will not be staying there again

As soon as we walked in, the room smelled like dirty old cologne. We called and they told us to open the window. It smelled like that during the majority of the stay. We also called this am to see if our check out could be extended and they said "that's fine" in a rude and sassy demeanor. She called us back immediately after to tell us she couldn't accommodate us after all? Also had this plate of dirty food chilling outside our room all night and was there since we checked in. (Wasn't ours) We usually love staying here but all the staff was rude and full of attitude this time. Also seems like I was overcharged.

Clean and sanitary hotel--1 star Pool and hot tub--1 star Attentive staff--1 star Hard uncomfortable pillows-- -minus 0.5 star Ample parking--1 star Gorgeous patio and outdoor area-- plus 0.5 star Total stars: 4 We stayed here during Thanksgiving. It was down the street from my sister's house, so we mainly chose the location out of convenience. Oh, and the price was pretty good. Don't forget to put out your do not disturb sign. Housekeeping does NOT play. They knocked on our door at 8:00 a.m. trying to clean our room until we finally figured out on day three that we needed to put out our do not disturb sign. I'd stay here again!

I stayed here during some home renovations for several nights. Pros: Jose at the front desk was extremely helpful, hard working and friendly. He is a model employee and an excellent representative of the hotel. The housekeeping staff is superb. They work very hard to keep the rooms and common areas spotless. I was especially impressed at the cleanliness of the room when I entered. Not even a water spot on the counter tops. The lobby is beautiful, and there is usually someone on call at the front desk to assist you, should you need it. I enjoyed the large flat screen television that has hdmi capability for portable streaming devices. The courtesy coffee maker was a bonus. The king sized bed was soft and comfortable, and again, very clean. I also loved the water pressure, temperature and non-chlorine smelling shower accommodations. Great parking, and though I didn't dine at the adjoining restaurant/bar, it was spacious and had a very upscale and comfortable feel. Cons: The lobby has definitely received most of the renovation budget of the hotel. The rooms, at first glance, are well decorated and eye pleasing. However, a few minutes after you're settled in, you notice that the furniture needs replacing, the curtains are stained and the walls are in dire need of an even coat of paint. There is strange, awkward patch work going on. In other words, it's clear that the rooms need a face lift, but the hotel seems to be doing the best they can with the budget that they have to work with. Not something I can't overlook. The wifi situation is frustrating at best. They change the password every day which is understandable, for security purposes. However, I counted 4 separate occasions in one day that I was booted offline and forced to re-enter a password. If you're staying here for business, or you're very attached to your phone, that can be a bit of a nuisance. The towels had thick, curly hairs on them, noticeable right off the bat. I wouldn't use these towels for anything more than drying hands. Wasn't really an issue for me, since I am one of those picky travelers that brings their own linens and towels with them. There were two female front desk employees that were quite short with me on the phone and in person, which made me feel a little unwelcome. I know that working in customer service isn't always an easy job, and everyone can have a bad day once in a while. Not a huge deal. Overall: The hotel is by no means in disrepair, but the condition and extreme wear and tear on the interior of the rooms needs addressing. I do believe that this hotel is very much over priced, given the current condition of the rooms. I'd love to come back to this location after a remodel. As the situation stands now, I would more likely recommend an extended stay facility down the street from this hotel, than advise friends and family to stay here. Not terrible, but not the best.

Broken fake pearl necklace found in our room
Brett K.

Checked into room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Immediately went back downstairs to request another room. Man at the counter tried to help, but did not understand Me when I asked him if the new room would be "comparable", he kept responding with "comfortable", communication breakdown due to him not understanding English. Spoke with different man at front desk and was assigned a different room. Went to second room and discovered old candy on the floor left behind my house keeping along with a broken fake pearl necklace on the floor. Decided to go back downstairs to inform the front desk, but after getting something to eat, as my wife and I were very hungry. Received food, my burger was not cooked "well done" and her salad had numerous whole peppercorns in it to where she thought she cracked her tooth upon attempting to eat her salad. At this point I was done, was going to find a different hotel. I complained to the front desk and informed them I would be checking out. I was refunded my whole amount, $300/ per night. Upon going back up to get our things from room number two, we discovered a large spider web near the elevator with a brown widow spider in it. Upon leaving the premises, we gave the broken Necklace along with the old candy to the man at the front desk demonstrating how poorly their rooms are being cleaned. The man responded with an excuse they can not search everywhere to clean a room. We literally went 12 minutes down the street to the Marriott for the same price. Amazingly different experience for the same money. I would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

We walked in and went to use the bathroom and found this room that had been "cleaned" had hair on the walls of the shower, LONG hair all over the wall. Gross!!! The bath mat (which you can not remove) had all sorts of hair on it. Disgusting. Would not stay here again.

Front desk clerk said they would talk to the bar. Nothing happened. We called again about an hour later. The music got progressively louder about every 30 minutes. Apparently the DJ did not like the fact that we complained. We were offered another room but by this time, it is 1 AM and it would take us about an hour or more to pack up all of our belongings. We of course did not get to sleep until after the bar closed. I am not entirely sure why front desk did not pursue this issue with this irresponsible DJ. The walls are very thin.

When we got back to the hotel, Fahmida was very helpful and checked us in. She said that she took the liberty of having our bags placed in our room. How's that for awesome service? I didn't expect that. With a few complimentary, and world famous, Doubletree warm chocolate chip cookies in hand, we were finally able to kick off our shoes and relax in the room after a long travel day. The room was clean and decently sized. We got a king deluxe room. 2 complimentary bottles of water awaited us in the room. I have no complaints about the room, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are ever in the area.

This one experience has me rethinking Hilton altogether. It was the laugh at me that was so condescending.

Moshin at the front desk was efficient, professional, and fully engaged from the moment I approached. While I was waiting, another associate appeared available but never looked up or acknowledged me, not even a quick "I'll be with you in a moment or my associate will be with you in a moment." That lack of basic engagement was noticeable. That said, Moshin's exceptional service completely shifted my overall impression. Because of him, I'm leaving this as a positive review. However, the elevator coming down can be very slow, especially if on a high floor. The room was clean and spacious, and had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was very present in the hotel. I saw multiple housekeepers on one hallway, and the overall cleanliness showed. They also offer stay over service, which is appreciated. On the downside the TV was very outdated no smart features, just basic cable. Also for the price the hotel, it's lacking amenities. There is no pool or hot tub just a gym, which is disappointing for this price point. Overall, it was a great stay, especially for the convenient location. There are definitely areas of improvement, considering the cost.
