To the right of the front desk is a mini-store with snacky basics etc; it has its own checkout screen so you don't have to pay via the staff. (Not that it matters, cuz the staff are cheerful people.) The continental breakfast space is good, with the aforementioned drink station plus pancake maker, hot breakfast foods such as egg/meat/potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, gooey cinnamon rolls that everybody goes crazy for... I'm sure I'm forgetting something. There's a small outdoor pool that has an accessibility crane seat so you can lower someone into the water safely. In the same area is a jacuzzi. (They also have some rooms that are wheelchair accessible.) Parking occasionally gets tight, so try not to be the last person to arrive.

Front desk clerk said they would talk to the bar. Nothing happened. We called again about an hour later. The music got progressively louder about every 30 minutes. Apparently the DJ did not like the fact that we complained. We were offered another room but by this time, it is 1 AM and it would take us about an hour or more to pack up all of our belongings. We of course did not get to sleep until after the bar closed. I am not entirely sure why front desk did not pursue this issue with this irresponsible DJ. The walls are very thin.

When we got back to the hotel, Fahmida was very helpful and checked us in. She said that she took the liberty of having our bags placed in our room. How's that for awesome service? I didn't expect that. With a few complimentary, and world famous, Doubletree warm chocolate chip cookies in hand, we were finally able to kick off our shoes and relax in the room after a long travel day. The room was clean and decently sized. We got a king deluxe room. 2 complimentary bottles of water awaited us in the room. I have no complaints about the room, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are ever in the area.

Alex delivered such exceptional service and was so sweet. We asked about check out, it's really quick and easy no hassle. He asked if we wanted to do a late check out we can. It was really kind of him to do so. We informed him we would be out before even check out but appreciate it the offer. Alex also started us on their reward program and informed us how it works and gave us a discount if we like to dine in or order room service. Now in days is hard to find people that are genuine and overall deliver good customer service. We're very satisfied with Alex's help and I definitely recommend you staying here. The bed is comfortable and there's no weird odors. Lol Room is nice and cozy but the best part it's is clean. Thank you Alex for given my family a great start. We appreciate it.
