Going in to get free breakfast. The staff does nothing. One morning while going to my car a homeless man was screaming at me and approaching me and my granddaughter. Thank God I always carry pepper spray and warned him to back off. Rushed to get her in the car and locked the doors. So scary!!! The same man turned and went towards the front entrance and started pounding on the lobby doors trying to get in. They lock the doors during breakfast hours because this is a constant issue. Homeless will still piggyback in behind you when you use your key card to get in. The staff does nothing . I brought this concern up to the manager Bibian. She wasn't concerned at all about them or the situation that happened to me. She minimized what happened to me by saying that it never happens there. She just made excuses about how the train station is up the street and they can't do much about them. I suggested a wall or fence around the property. They literally walk from the sidewalk onto the property. She was like talking to a brick wall, no pun intended. Stating that would not keep them out and they had security there in the past that didn't work. Mind you they charge $10/day to park and there is no security or cameras. This property is beautiful and will devalue and go down quick. They need to care more about the comfort and safety of their guests who are paying $260 and up per night to stay there, Instead they have an attitude like they have you by the cojones. Either manager Bibian has a vested interest in the property or is paid well to save money, it seems she cares more about that than the comfort and safety of the guests. Just know that the homeless are there on the property every day and hang out at night as well leaving beer cans and alcohol containers near your car. No security or cameras yet they charge $10/day to park and no one checks your car for a parking sticker either. They can walk right onto the property from the sidewalk, no barrier whatsoever. It's like an open invitation. The gym is ok for cardio and some free weight. It is dirty though. It wasn't swept for the whole time I stayed there and the complimentary workout towels smelled like someone's sweaty head. Desk staff must be trained to make excuses because that's all you hear when you bring anything to their attention. Like it or not, this is an honest review from my experiences having an extended stay here. Hopefully this review helps others.
