Our home away from home for a couple of days. First time Cebu visit (in a party of ten!) cousin decided we stay here based on her prior experience. (Clearly she loved it here, so it came highly recommended!) And I will admit she was right: wow, this place! It's a beautifully laid out open first floor. Simple and modern decor and everything was nicely spaced out. And incredibly clean - those floors really came through with a nice shine! Oh, and the flowers were a very VERY nice touch! Checking in was easy, and after a long day of touring the city, it was nice to finally relax (and regroup) in our assigned rooms. And the rooms were just as beautifully laid out. The sheets and pillows were fresh clean. The floors were free of clutter. The bathroom (very important!) was just as pristine. Couldn't complain about that! Breakfast was included during our stay and the spread is incredible. There is something for everyone - they've even included an omelet station. There are plenty types of cuisine to choose from: American, French, Italian, etc., and of course, Filipino food. (Seriously, if you can't find anything you want here, you're the problem. Heeeee!) And the staff! They were all PERFECT! From the concierge to the servers to the bartenders. No snags here! Only a couple of minor setbacks: 1) The AC at the lobby crapped out and didn't work up to par. It worked some, but it was still a bit muggy. It was better at night, but it was a bit of uncomfy during the day. (Good thing we were out touring the city for the most part of the day.) 2) Hubbers, Big Bro and I shared one room, Mom and her crew were next door. We asked to open the access door between rooms. They managed to do this, but it kept locking up. We told them about it and they fixed it immediately but it kept locking up again - so often that we just kinda gave up on it. 3) Unbeknownst to me, Mom's room was missing the third bed on the first night AFTER they assured me it was going to be available. (I only found out when I checked on them the next day.) Mom didn't complain about it as the chase was okay to sleep on (for one of her crew) but that isn't the point: I'm getting charged extra for that bed. BUT! Hotel concierge handled this by providing it immediately AND comp'ing that as well as the third bed in our room. Cost?! Reasonable and worth it! Trust! Otherwise, we loved our stay here. The extra bonus is that SM is (literally) next door. Hubbers and I plan on coming through Cebu to hit the other tourist places we didn't get to check off our list. That said, this will absolutely be the go-to for accommodations!

Every time I go to Cebu, this is the hotel I stay at. I have been choosing radisson blu for over a decade and it's the best. The service is top tier and the staff is helpful. Oh and the buffet, the main reasons why I stay here. It's also close to SM in case you wanted to bring home pasalubong.

This is my favorite place to stay when in Cebu. Just about 30 minutes from the airport, RBC is located next to SM mall where I like to do my shopping (clothes, Apple Store, snacks, souvenirs, etc.) before traveling to another island. In January of 2023, I stayed here twice. Initially I got a superior room. The next visit, I got upgraded to a business class room which comes with a sofa, Nespresso coffee maker, and potential access to the business lounge on the 20th floor. The staff is very professional and friendly. They will try to do the best they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. During the day, I like the lobby lounge which is very spacious. Aside from a full bar and a good menu for dining, try the juice and coffee bar. Fresh juices, smoothies, and coffees are locally sourced.

This is a 5-star hotel with excellent service, amenities, and breakfast buffett is awesome. I highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Cebu. The room rates are very reasonable.

Got to spend two nights during our stay in Cebu. The hotel room was pretty decent for the price. The room that we got was spacious and the bathroom was huge too. We got access to the lounge, which was on the 17th floor, I believe. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection of international food. The food was delicious. I like how the hotel is close by to the mall. It has easy access for your convenience which is cool.

The NICE Hotel where you can go in 20 minutes from MC International Airport by taxi. And you can go to the shopping and/or take a meal at SM mall directly from Radisson hotel. Of course you can go to the central Cebu city in 10 minutes. The room is clean and comfortable, and you can connect a high speed Wifi. The bathroom doesn't have a bathtub, you can use only shower. I think it's not big problem at all. I stayed there on business trips, So next time, I want to stay on a private trip.

Excellent price for a good hotel in Cebu. Located close to the ferry station this hotel may not have all the tourists that Lapu Lapu had, but the large mall next door, an excellent pool, good gym, clean comfortable rooms, and the breakfast make it an excellent place to stay.

Luxury hotel with porter service. Live band at lobby. Nxt to SM shopping mall. Pool. Buffet breakfast was great with a large selection of Filipino n international foods but i was rushing to catch ferry. Stayed with my bf Benedict Labor.

The lobby was reminiscent to those of Vegas hotels. It  just wasn't a casino. Upon entering the hotel, you'll have to go through a security check point, complete with guard dogs. So you'll definitely feel safe. Hotel is adjacent to SM City Mall. ( They have a path and a set of stairs to get to the mall, the gate closes at 10 PM, so you'll have to walk around to the front once the gate to access the hotel is closed). Check in wasn't as quick as I expected it to be since there were no apparent persons waiting in queue. Once I was called next to be assisted, the receptionist was very pleasing and accomodating. She was quick and also gave me the run down of the time table for cocktails and breakfast and various amenities which had an "hours of operation". We wondered a bit before I asked where the elevators were. I ended up going towards the ballroom. Anywho the friendly staff assisted us and pointed us towards the correct direction. We were given a room on the 4th floor. Room 408, a "premiere suite", to be exact. At first I was concerned that it was close to the elevators but it didn't give me any issues during my stay. (fyi room 409 is directly in front of the elevators). We entered our room and was greeted with a mirrored hallway. Just ahead to the right is the guest restroom (which the door just perfectly cleared the sink so that it opens entirely. Guest restroom was a little cramped had to step to the side of the toilet to get out so that the door doesn't hit you while you stand there) then a desk and living area. Theres another door that serves as the entrance to the bedroom. The hallway closet setup was very practical and I appreciated this type of layout. So it's like you enter a closet space/hallway then you enter the bedroom. The door to the bathroom is immediatly on your right. Bedroom was of good size and had a small sitting area as well. King size bed had controls by the bedside to turn various lights on and off throughout the bedroom. Bathroom: Spacious, and it even had its own hallway to the toilet. When you enter you'll be greeted with the vanity area, and to the left the tub and shower room. I noticed that the sink had an odor whenever I went to wash my hands. I believe the odor was coming from the drain. Sink water was either cold or luke warm at best. The bath area was separated by a frosted glass door. Upon entering the bath area the bathtub is directly in front of you, the hightlight for this room. To the right, the shower. I was also pleased with this design where the bathtub and shower were separated. I was relieved that the water for bathing and showering had an option for hot and not luke warm water. Water pressure was also good. Toilet flushed the same as back in the States, only you have to press and hold down on the flusher until all is gone. Elevators: At first it was quick then the following morning on our way to breakfast the elevators were noticeably slow in arriving. I mean literally 5 minutes passed before we were able to get to the lobby. That's wait time to get into an elevator not the elevator journey down. Pool/ Gym area: Pool was of good size, but I was told it was not a heated pool. When we went the day was breezy and cool coming from rain, so we didn't go swimming. I also did not get a chance to use the gym facility but passed by on our way back from the pool area. Gym was of good size, resort style size. I don't know if it's the norm over here but they have employees who are assigned to the gym area. I just find it kinda strange that there are employees of the hotel assisting while you work out, rather guard the entrance. Not even Lifetime Fitness does this back home in the States. If the hotel is so concerned with people who are not guests of the hotel using their facilities then maybe the hotel should just have keycard locks outside entrances, similiar to numerous hotels across the world. *shrugs* Anyway Spa services are also located on this floor. Staff: I can't praise the staff enough on their quality of service and professionlism. We went to their courtyard one evening for a night cap before heading up and our waiter even offered some insect repellent to deter mosquitos from consuming us. Bravo! Everyone from the pretty lady who escorted us to the elevator, to the waiters/waitresses, and receptionists of the hotel were all very cordial and accomodating. Professionals in pleasing guests. Keep up the spectacular service! We felt we were treated as vip's. *2 thumbs up plus a bag of chips* Overall: Although pricey compared to other hotels in the Cebu City area, the price is about average in comparison to 3 star hotels back in the U.S. Here at Radisson Blu Cebu you definitely get 5 star service. We've stayed at a Radisson out in California but it wasn't a stay like this. Very Good Radisson Blu Cebu, Very Good indeed! We will be back again!

The Hotel is beautiful and conveniently located next to a major Mall. The rooms are nice and cleans BUT the rating of 5 stars goes to the Staff! So helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The pool staff was incredible!!!

The hotel aims to 'wow' you from the moment you check-in to the time you check-out. I made the reservation via phone and it was a breeze. I'm glad I was able to take advantage of their current room promo. They take your security very seriously. You even need your room key to get on the elevator. No wonder they are a favorite among politicians, diplomats and businessmen. Well they're now a favorite of mine! My three-year-old had a blast at their swimming pool which had many shallow areas for her to play. The layout made it easy for me to keep an eye on her. Room service was very professional when they delivered the food. The breakfast buffet included in the price of the room was exceptional and I enjoyed the smiles and enthusiasm of one of their trainee servers. Marjorie Barretto was our celebrity sighting that morning. The lobby is huge and very elegant. The staff greet you everywhere you go and seem happy and content to be working there. The General Manager is very hands-on and you see him surveying the hotel often. The room we were in looked very sophisticated and the bathroom was a dream. A bellman who saw me struggling with my bags offered help right away and arranged a cab for me while I was checking out. It's right next to a major mall (SM City Cebu) so if you don't feel like splurging on hotel food there are countless options a few steps away. The only thing that turned me off really was a whiff of trash by the pool. The trucks must've been collecting around that time. Maybe they can fix that.

Wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary were celebrated with cake from the Hotel! Thanks to Oliver, Clyde and the guys from Feria!

The third-party payment site used by the hotel's reservation system would not accept several of my credit cards. These have successfully been used overseas in the past. Also, while the hotel accepts American Express, the payment site does not. Transfer For 1050PHP, I opted for the hotel transfer. Although my flight was delayed an hour, the pickup occurred without a hitch. Due to issues with Grab during my stay, I also booked the airport transfer for the same fee. Check In Check in occurred without issues. There was a wait as there were only two check in desks. Most importantly, I got my room key around 2pm, an hour before the posted check in time. Housekeeping During my stay, housekeeping was exceptional. Several times, I needed an item from the vanity kit. The following morning, housekeeping left an unopened vanity kit while leaving the opened kit in the bathroom. The room was pre-stocked with a bottle of filtered water. As I had opened but not emptied the bottle, another full bottle was left in the room. Club Room Unfortunately, the club room was not properly stocked with soda. Often, either soda water or regular coke was not stocked in the cooler. I would need to ask staff if there were any left. The soda was in the supply room. Misto Restaurant Breakfast at the restaurant was the biggest disappointment. Many times, I would be seated at a table not properly setup. When I looked around, none of the tables were. When I notified the hostess, the situation was not resolved the following day and was never. The staff lacked training. On the occasions I would submit an egg order, I had to flag an employee to accept it. On my last day, I did not bother. Ayala Center The hotel shares a parking garage with the mall. On rainy days, you can get wet walking through the garage. The covered walkway between the hotel and garage prevented getting wet. Security Metal detectors were situated at both the front and parking garage entrances. My suitcases were scanned, as well as, shopping bags and backpacks whenever I entered the hotel.

The Concierge team was also excellent as well as all the guards who always opened the door for us every time we came in and out of the hotel. Also thank you to Ms. Arceli Canoy who came to greet me and handed me my belongings when I returned back from my trip from Bantayan Island. They all truly deserve high marks for their dedication for providing every guest and especially us, the best experience possible. Our room was huge. We had the California King size bed. We had a nice view of the city on both sides, full glass (floor to ceiling) which was fantastic. Our bathroom was nice and modern. There was even a nice desk and chair to sit comfortably. We also dined in the first night downstairs. We truly enjoyed the Sax player and his fantastic singing voice. He was very talented. The best part about Quest Hotel - it is centrally located in the heart of Cebu City. It's only about a 15 minute taxi ride to IT Park where we went on the weekend for their Sugbo Mercado (an all food night market) with many local food favorites. Ayala Mall is only a short 10 minute walk from the hotel which was great for us because they had tons of food available, and very convenient for shopping. I stayed at other hotels in Cebu City during my stay here, but after all said and done, I would return to Quest for my next visit in a heartbeat and highly recommend their excellent service. Cheers!

It is very close to IT Park (where most call center/BPO organizations are located). They have very tight security everywhere around the hotel that makes me feel safe. It is a little annoying getting in via a car or cab as they have a three fold check to ensure you're a legit cab driver. The upside is that if I ever had an issue in a cab, I know the Marriott would take care of me. There are times of the day that it is difficult to hail a cab, and the concierge is happy to help pre-plan a cab at a specific time for you. The service throughout the hotel is absolutely amazing. They make me feel very privileged to be there. I don't know if I have ever opened a door besides to my room. They are so willing to help you get whatever you need whenever you want. I have also been coming here for about 5 years and have come to know many members of the staff as friends rather than as a typical customer service person. I think that the breakfast buffet is truly stunning in terms of options . Over the years it has been better than others, but this time through I was amazed. They have your typical omelette/egg stand as well as fresh pancakes and waffles to order. But they added a new curry bar that was absolutely delicious. Then they have a great spread of Cebuano, Japanese, US, Chinese, and Korean dishes. Also they have a fresh fruit bar where all you have to do is ask for freshly squeezed juice. The fresh OJ is FANTASTIC (and I eat about 5 mangoes a day in the PH. YUM). The location is not the only reason why I stay here. This Marriott is connected to Ayala Mall which is a big perk. I stay here for a hefty stint and love to be able to walk to the mall for other food options. It means I don't have to eat hotel food every day (although I think they have great options so I can). The mall has cheaper food options than the Marriott. Now that I'm on it, I'm sure that there are cheaper places that are just as nice in Cebu. I stay for business and security is my number one priority....and I feel very safe at the Marriott. Secondly, the location is perfect for what I am trying to accomplish. The pool is nice and well kept. They have 2 bars in the facility that are open 8am til midnight. Breakfast opens at 6. Other than that, you can order room service for food and the prices match the cafe/pool bar.

Fortunately, the A/C was able to cool the room in less than 5 minutes. The bed was actually very soft, something I didn't totally expect. It had a thick blanket to keep the temperature from freezing you so that's a plus too. The bed also has a pullout cabinet you can use in case the one inside the room is not enough - neat! Marco Polo Plaza Cebu : A Classic That Still Holds Its Own…read more This was once the iconic Cebu Plaza Hotel, and you can still feel the grandeur in its bones. The lobby alone sets the tone, spacious, elegant, and rare for Cebu. It's perched up on the hills of Nivel, and while the mountain view could've been spectacular, the sightline is unfortunately dotted with informal settlements. If I were management, I'd invest in reclaiming or screening that side, it's the only visual detail that breaks the illusion. The rooms, though, are beautifully maintained. Ours had a great layout, a soft bed with dreamy pillows, and a spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure and consistent hot water. It's the kind of setup where you can actually rest. Room service at night? Surprisingly excellent. And the front desk and bell staff were sharp, polite, and fast. everything you'd hope for from a hotel of this caliber. Food-wise, Café Marco still delivers a solid buffet. Breakfast had good variety without going overboard. Dinner was also well curated. Their Chinese restaurant, Hai Shin Lou, brings an upscale option to in-house dining, and the Lobby Lounge is a great spot to unwind with drinks or dessert. The service across F&B outlets was consistently attentive. A couple of downsides: the road leading up is currently under repair, which means getting to the hotel takes patience. The traffic's real. But that's a temporary issue, nothing to hold against the hotel long-term. Would I stay again? Absolutely. It's one of the few hotels in Cebu that feels truly grand, without trying too hard. The hotel breakfast buffet was overpriced in my opinion. They had some good options, but that would have been an expensive breakfast even by U.S. standards without anything particularly special. (Hint: If available, opt for the unlimited dim sum at the hotel's Chinese restaurant instead.) I also took advantage of the spa and gym. The massage was a good experience (though I couldn't charge it to the room which was led to a mild snafu.) The gym was a good size and decently equipped with weights and a treadmill. The exercise bike wasn't working to my chagrin though. We also generally noticed small details - The hotel wanted to be very upscale and fancy but things were misaligned during construction and there was just a general lack of attention to detail. Overall, if you can stay here for a reasonable rate, it could be worth it, but, at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.
