I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was yesterday for my MRI. From the super sweet receptionist whose name I didn't get or I would be calling her out! to Brett the intake tech to the gentleman who positioned me for the test! What a great group of professional and calming people. No matter what - any sort of medical testing can be scary. The receptionist had me laughing which I greatly appreciated and Brett had me feeling at ease and heard when he asked me for some background and the reason for my testing. I had my hip Xray done at Radiology Regional. 2 days later I was told that my test results will be ready in 5 business days. Anywhere else the Xray results are ready same day or the next day. Also the Xray machine was very old. I will not have tests performed by Radiology Regional again. read more

I needed a facility closer to my work and found this location. I had to have a CT scan. Everyone was kind and professional.

The young lady who checked me in wasn't very friendly. Needs to brush up on her customer service skills. Brett (?) was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Not sure of the guy who did my MRI. Wasn't very sociable. People coming for testing are usually pretty nervous and worried about what results they may get. It would be nice to feel welcome and comfortable. read more

Terrible, painful time trying to reach a human being at Radiology Regional on the phone. I am reaching out to the providers who recommended this place. I hope never to bring my loved one back there. Terrible place! It is worth traveling a bit to go somewhere else. I think everyone there hates their job. Management is probably treating them poorly. I go to ProScan whenever possible. I have never (15 years) had a good experience there. Just awful. read more

Two appointments cancelled at Naples location (they told us machine was non functional), gave up on them and scheduled at the Estero location and then they cancelled also (no tech available). It will take 8 months now to schedule a scan in Ft.Myers. Let's see if this one actually takes place. read more

Radiologist "diagnosed" duodenal growth as a neuroendocrine tumor On my CAT scan. I was very worried that I had cancer. EDG with my gastroenterologist showed it was a benign submucosal polyp. This Radiologist should be fired. Since when does a radiologist give a diagnosis. Report should have said there's an area of concern that warrants further investigation. read more

Let's start with the critical problems. They changed my Dr's orders not once, but twice. Despite my doctor's written orders, they over-rode it and changed the imaging order to reflect what their internal radiologist suggested based on an old report, not the most recent one. This is not just a mistake, it could have been a life-threatening one. They cancelled an imaging that was necessary based on the most recent report, but they mistakenly used the old report. Now let's get to the confusion of the office: had to enter my information into the system not once, not twice, but three times. They cancelled my appointment not once but twice and failed to let me know until I got there. You call, get placed on hold and then they disconnect. After 30 days having not received any report from them whatsover, I had to call, and then have my doctor call to get them to release the report. 30 days is a long time for a cancer to grow while we wait for them to release a report. read more

I got there at 12:00 as asked, went up to desk 5 times after 2 hours of waiting when i was finally taken, the staff person said they should have had me take a prep as soon as I got there. the manager said, "we can give it to you now and in an hour or so we will take you. She did offer to reschedule, but I will never set foot in one of your facilities again. This is one of the most unorganized offices I have ever experienced. The manager and front desk staff should all be fired. read more

Upon arriving, was told to turn off cell phone. No problem there. However, once called back, Jailene's cell phone started ringing very loudly. In her haste to quiet the phone, she dropped ALL of my personal papers ALL over the floor. How totally unprofessional of her! I will say the radiologist though was thorough, asked some inapproriate questions, and was a little rough. read more

I hate to complain about a place, but this is perhaps the most inept staff that I have ever dealt with. They scheduled My appt for the wrong day....twice.....and lost my paperwork in under an hour. They are not helpful when they make mistakes and offer no apologies. I'm certain the clinicians are capable, my doctor insists I go there, but trying to get through the front desk staff is nearly impossible! read more

After recieving 2 of our ultrasounds here (which were both positive experiences), my husband and I never expected our 3rd and final ultrasound, ordered by our midwife, to be so unfortunate. The ultraound tech was cold, and abrupt. She seemed like it was an inconvienence to her, for us to be there. Upon entering the ultrasound room, we were questioned about why we needed this ultrasound, when she could clearly see on the referrall sheet in her hands, ordered by our midwife. She was annoyed that I had used the bathroom before the ultrasound, and made a comment about not being able to see certain aspects in the image on monitor because of my bladder being empty (when I was told that I did not need a full bladder in a 3rd trimester ultrasound, as I had in the previous two) The whole energy in the room felt uncomfortable and negative. She was rough with the placement of the ultrasound probe, pushing hard into my belly where babys head was causing me to squirm in pain, and even reacted with saying "ouch" at one point. She was rushing through the entire appointment, and didnt have any empathy or compassion towards what was supposed to be a special and vulnerable moment for my husband, 6 year old son and I, as we looked to see our unborn baby boy growing healthy. She then proceeded to question our due date, and started to review the results of birth weight and birth progress with us (that is not part of her job) and only worried us that our baby was showing 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I understand that most of the time, these ultrasound nurses/tech have to deal with unpleasent images of tumors, and reoccurance of cancer and other tramatic aliments in there patients. However, there is no excuse why they cannot simply be kind and pleasent to a pregnant patient, who is not ill, yet still needs to be tended to by medical technology and staff. Upon seeing my midwife, she told me that unfortuantely she has heard numerous complaints of "grouchy, unkind" ultrasound nurses at Radiology Regional, with her pregnant patients. She suggested I leave a review to bring attention to this, in hopes that Radiology Regional will address this with their staff so other pregnant pateints have a better experience during such a vulernable time in their life, instead of leaving feeling violated, worried and mistreated by the ultrasound staff. read more

They do not know how to handle difficult situations and seem to think waiting for extended periods of time without making clients aware of the situation is acceptable. How people are treated is as important as the quality of the tech and equipment. I needed an x-ray and went to this center. They do not make appointments for x-rays and it is first come first served. After checking in I was told I could wait either in the waiting room or kitchen where I chose to sit. Several people arrived after me and were called for their service while I continued to wait. I'm sure all but one had different services performed so I wasn't upset. A gentleman came in after me and was called for his procedure. His wife was told to 'go shopping' or something else because his procedure was going to take at least 2 hours. I continued to wait without an update on my status. When I asked how long I had to wait, I was told 'you are next". What they forgot to tell me was that they had someone who had a complex procedure being performed and it was taking a long time. I then realized it must have been the gentleman who had the 2+ hour procedure being performed. This man was not in the waiting room when I arrived and he came into the kitchen after me. Unless he was in another room, he arrived AFTER me but was taken before me. I was never told I would have to wait HOURS for an x-ray. I wasn't given an update when they realized there was a complex procedure being done so that I could decide if I wanted to wait. I ended up leaving after 1hour 45 minutes without an x-ray. The front desk didn't seemed concerned about how poorly I was treated nor did they try to resolve the issue. I will never set foot into the Estero facility again! read more
