I have always had nothing but good to say about my experiences with Radiology Regional since 2011, but I would like to update my experience. I don't know what has happened to customer service, since they were taken over by Radnet, but from my recent experience there is no longer customer service. The billing department is the absolute worst. You leave a message, and they don't call you back. (It's been weeks.) You can sit on hold for 15 minutes, then get disconnected. When you do get someone on the phone, they won't help you, they won't let you speak to someone else, refused to get you to a manager or team lead. They send you a text with a link to pay a bill that you don't owe. There's no explanation, no DOS, no account number, but when you call, they want the account number. What a joke. There is not an email address to send a complaint letter to. There is not a phone number to file a complaint. They can give you bad customer service, and you cannot inform anyone. They don't care. No one will help you. Wow, after what I've dealt with, I will be looking to go else where, after being a dedicated patient for 15 years, going through breast cancer and having biannual testing here, bringing my husband there for his testing, we are done. read more

I want to give a huge Thank You to the nurses and doctor at Radiology Regional on Cape Coral Pkwy. If it wasn't for Dawn Perry, Susan Baker, and Dr Pacheco's amazing team work, protocol, and attentiveness to patient symptoms there's a possibility I might not be here today. What started as a routine CT Scan with IV contrast turned scary quickly. I'm 33 years old and never been administered any sort of IV contrast so I had no idea I was very allergic to it. My eyes started itching and I began to get hives immediately after the contrast was administered. Then my throat started to swell. Needless to say they noticed my reaction from another room within seconds of me itching my eye. Then they jumped into action and handled the bad situation with a calm and kind manor as not to scare me anymore than I already was. I can't thank them enough for all they did! So anyone having testing done at this location rest assured you couldn't be in better hands!!! read more

I had vascular procedure three days ago at their Fort Myers location 6100 Winkler. I couldn't be happier with everything. Emily (nurse) and Dr. Groat were extremely professional and treated me with the utmost respect They worked extremely well together and constantly made sure I was comfortable and OK throughout the procedure. I was the last appointment of the day, and the procedure ran past 5 p.m. They did not pay any attention to the clock and made me feel like I was the most important patient of the day. The staff was great and even took a moment to tell my friend they were running a little late, and that I was OK. I HIGHLY recommend RRC Vascular specialists. 8-20-17 I would also like to add that my leg feels great. The aches, pains and heavy feelings from my veins were gone immediately. Cay West location of Radiology Regional is exceptional. I had an MRI with an intraveinous feed. It is usually an uncomfortable test. Cornell was my tech. He did a magnificent job of getting my vein hooked up without pain or fuss. He was so empathetic and skilled. I also had a regular MRI and an X-ray of my hip. Both experiences were equally quick, comfortable, and nice people attended me. They treat with respect, kindness, and excellent, skilled, technical experience. I only waited 10 minutes for my appointment, and I was early. I will definitely return to this location in the future. read more

I suffered from a painful injury to my left knee. My primary doctor gave me a written order for an MRI. An ultrasound did not show a clot, so the MRI would show damage. There was a cancellation when I appeared at the front desk. The entire staff was kind and professional which was special to me on that day - Christmas Eve. I was blessed. A staff member guided me to a special exit since the facility was closed before my session ended. I am relieved the Orthopedic doctor will have the MRI report for my appointment. read more

Considering that it was the day after Christmas and I'm sure none of the employees wanted to be there, I had a superior experience. From the young lady at checkin who was so friendly to the young man that brought me back and administered my IV to the young man that did my MRI... they all were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. I had a great experience at this particular location and I will return in the future for any additional treatments. read more

Fantastic service all around. Booking was incredibly easy, and the friendly reminders were very appreciated. The receptionist was kind, the wait time was minimal, and the ultrasound technician provided exceptional care. I felt safe, comfortable, and truly taken care of throughout the entire visit. The ultrasound room was also so cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. I don't think I could have enjoyed an ultrasound more lol. read more

I attended the Cape Coral Radiology facility yesterday. It was easy to check in on the kiosk and the clerk behind the desk was very professional. My technician Monica was very caring, very knowledgeable and you can tell this wasn't her first rodeo. The type of care I experienced was very top notch and I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing a mammogram. read more

I had three different procedures and they were very efficient and made sure there was no wait time between them. They escorted me from room to room and the whole experience was so very convenient. This facility was very organized and clean. Everyone was helpful and very little wait time. My veins are very small and after one unsuccessful try the tech got someone else instead of poking me numerous times. Second try was successful. That's a plus in my book. I highly recommend for anyone needing a radiological test. read more

I was able to fill out all the paperwork online ahead of time. Hardly any wait, and that was because I arrived a half hour earlier than my appointment. They sent me reminders ahead of time. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. The staff member who started my IV found the vein right away; I didn't even feel it. read more

No where else is better than radiology regional that's all that needs said. I've told all friends and family to never go anywhere else for imagine it what ever it may be. I've been going here for about 25-30 years for all, after trying quest I said no way, no more of that place. Only radiology read more

I do most of my paperwork online. I check in when I get there. People working in the office are quite nice quick and efficient. The quality of that you get is exceptional. very nice. I've had MRIs x-rays several different types of and everyone is always been professional, courteous and kind. read more

This place is terrible. They tell you to walk in from 12-4:30 but apparently take appointments and fail to tell you that at 12 o'clock they have one person on staff. Unacceptable to wait an hour for a something that takes less than 10 mins. Save your energy and go to another one. read more
