Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to cancel our radio install. Canceled more than 4 days in advance of the appointment yet they absolutely refuse to give us back our $200 deposit. When you give them that much notice and they won't give your deposit back then I would say don't trust them. Sketchy business. Years ago, I needed an install kit for a stereo I recieved as a gift. Figured I would keep the money in town and buy local. I was astounded at the poor customer service and rudeness. (I realize I wasn't making them rich however, couldn't you at least be courtious?) Well, I did get a kit and it worked. Went in again today after a few years, again for a small part, figuring everyone has an off day so I'd try again. Wrong. I'm sure if I was going to buy a whole system they'd be all over it. But, because it was a small component the guy told me what I needed to provide without the slightest "let me help you out" attitude. Finally just left after realizing I had "ruined" his day, (without what I needed). It's his business to run any way he likes but I'll never darken his door steps again and I'm sure he couldn't care less. read more

I bought a new stereo for my truck at Best Buy and had it installed by Radioactive. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day that i was off and had it done in less than two hours. They were able to use the existing wiring harness and installation kit because i bought the same brand. The entire transaction was smooth and easy, would definitely go there again. read more

I drove over 30 miles after giving up on the only company in my local community that offered the ability to add a backup sensor to my new 2019 Toyota Tacoma, that had not responded back in 6 months. Radioactive called me within a week to scheduled the work after meeting with their Sales Personnel (Anthony) that was knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. The work was done within the time limit they had estimated and actually was slightly more economical then estimated. I always, like a company that delivers within their estimate, but love a company that charges me less!!!! I have already order a front camera for the same truck and am waiting for the supplies to arrive. The Truck looks a good as it did before they did the work. read more

For our daughter's Christmas gift her father picked out a stereo & speakers & paid for everything, then had me schedule the install appointment. I suggested this business based on their good reputation, however a number of things aggravated me in dealing with them. Firstly, I called the first of the week & made an appt for the following week. They called me the same week asking if I was going to make it & when I told them my appt was the following week, they acted like I had made the mistake. When I showed up for my appt at 8:30am, the door was locked & I waited about 5 more minutes in the cold for someone to open. Hello folks...unprofessional! When I did go in with breakfast I had brought for them & said, "I brought you breakfast, Merry Christmas!", the guy at the counter barely made eye contact with me, didn't thank me & just stood there clicking on his computer which I found to be extremely rude. (I work for the public & make client service a priority!) After telling me he needed to get someone else to help me, the next guy asked if I brought everything with me. I don't know what he thought I was bringing except for my vehicle. Nobody seemed like they knew what was going on! Once they figured it out & got my keys they all disappeared. I hope they enjoyed their breakfast...shameful not to even say "thank you"!!! The only halfway apology was the first guy telling me it was too early, he hadn't had his coffee yet. HELLO, do that BEFORE you come to work! They call me a few hours later saying the two dash speakers that were already in the car are cracking & popping. COME ON...You give them the make & model & current stereo equipment setup (ex: 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee w/ Infiniti Gold stereo) they should know how many speakers to sell you if you want to replace what you currently have!!! They didn't include the two dash speakers in the sale & tried to upsale those for an addition $134. So when I ask them to disconnect them from the amp, they say they can't do that...they have to pull the dash out to disconnect those & that "shouldn't cost too much". That frustrated me beyond belief! So unprofessional! Sorry guys, I'm sure you normally do great work but I had a bad experience. Hoping by sharing it, maybe can help others have a better one.
