Knowledgable sales, Josh answered all questions before during and after and maintained great communication and customer service. The crew that came out were awesome, Chris led an easy (for me lol) and can't say enough about Gene and the others being polite and considerate while I was working from home and keeping my doors and gates shut and being cognizant of my two dogs. Have already recommended them to others! If you're reading reviews because you're on the fence, give Josh a call you'll be glad you did

They worked long hours to make sure they didn't leave until we had at least one air conditioner running. Today there was actually snow, and the roads were horrible, but Jon showed up early. He has no problem climbing the ladder up to the roof in the sleet, and very graciously let me know that my heating system was actually very new, and it could potentially even be covered under warranty by the original installer. I'm still waiting to find out whether or not I can get it repaired by the original installer, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to John and specialized air systems for repair. He was very good at explaining everything to me. He was incredibly communicative and cordial. I would recommend John and Specialized Aire Systems wholeheartedly.

Words cannot describe the outstanding service and professionalism Edwin provided my family and I…read moreregarding my outside heat pump unit. The air quit blowing cold over a weekend, and after filing a service request with my home warranty service, I'm glad they assigned Oaks heating and air to service my a/c. I filed the request on a Saturday, and they were able to come out Monday afternoon (next business day)... nearly immediately in comparison to other a/c service companies that have taken DAYS to just come out and diagnose (looking at you AirMax and Service Experts). Edwin quickly diagnosed the problem, and showed up the next day with the new part to swap out. The unit worked fine for about a day and half after the replacement of the orginal fault component, but then would not turn on sometime overnight less than 48 hours later. Edwin came the the following evening and found out another part that was on it's last legs and replaced it. it's been about 24hours now since he made the additional repair and my unit cools (and sounds) much better than in the past!!! Important things to note: There was excellent communication with Gary, who called me to schedule the service appointments, notify me when I can expect the technician and get a sense of what was going on with my outside unit before they came out ot look at it. Very professional, friendly and welcoming attitude over the phone. Edwin, the technician was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and professional. Was quick to diagnose the issue. Truly went above and beyond and explained to me how my heat pump worked (I had no idea besides the basics) in details I could understand. He called me well in advance to let me know he was on his way, and sure enough arrived on time as promised. Lastly, He showed up past normal business hours (around 6:00pm) and did not rush when making repairs to my a/c. He was also bilingual (Spanish) which was helpful for me. Most other companies wont allow their techs to work past a certain hour, and if they do they may charge a "on-call" fee and, from previous experience just rush and half way job since they're trying to hurry up and get home. Now, I understand an "emergency" fee (such as a tech coming out during a weekend or holiday), but again, the work performed was just truly exceptional and exemplary. All in all... they set the bar for what other a/c companies need to be like, and NOT just guess, overprice, oversell, and underdeliver with something as critical as air conditioning, especially in the brutal 100 degree Texas heat. Oaks Heating and Air truly are the real deal, and I am glad they were able to rectify everything before the 4th of July weekend. I will only do business with them for my routine maintenance and warranty repairs, as other companies cannot hold a candle and are not on the same level/caliber as these guys!
