I was in an accident where I rear-ended a Tesla with my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Unfortunately, I had minimal coverage insurance where the vehicle damage would be my 100% responsibility. Several quotes were obtained (here in NOHO area) to fix my vehicle in amounts over my budget where some mentioned it would not be worth it. Luckily, I randomly stopped by Radical Collison Center and met the Owner, Gary, who patiently listened to my story regarding my financial situation. As we spoke, I mentioned the potential scenario of personally procuring all the parts (to save cash) while utilizing his resources and expertise to fix the frame, remove damaged body parts, paint and install the new parts. To my astonishment, Gary agreed and we moved forward. Although this took time to complete, I could not be happier with my choice. The auto technicians who worked on my vehicle are true professionals and repaired my truck beautifully with all the parts I provided. Do yourself a favor and speak with Gary if you need some body work! Living in LA you will eventually get in an accident... Give him a call read more

The work is always absolutely pristine and you can tell there is real care and pride behind everything they do. Gary and his team consistently go above and beyond, and I truly cannot express my gratitude or recommend his shop enough. read more

Gary did an amazing job fixing a minor dent. The paint matching was seamless and I couldn't even tell that there was ever a dent. Gary was easy to work with, gave me a very reasonable quote compared to other quotes and completed the work timely. He even washed and cleaned the interior of the car. If I ever need body work for my car, I would definitely go back to Gary and highly recommend Radical Collision to my friends and family. Thanks Gary! read more

I've been looking for a good, trustworthy collision shop since moving to LA in 2020. Gary and the team here are hands down the best I've found. Incredibly professional, work was done quickly, timing was communicated throughout, pricing was clearly explained with multiple options. Pricing was highly competitive. Best of all, Gary was incredibly easy to work with. I have since referred other friends and lined up additional work on my other vehicle to be done here. I couldn't recommend this place enough! 5 Stars, 10/10 recommend. read more

I was very comfortable to go to Garry for cosmetic work as many of my family has gotten work done on at Radical Collision. Garry has seen four different cars from my family and has done fantastic work. I sent photos of what I wanted done and got quick responses. I mainly wanted to get that paint chip fixed as I recently bought this car and wanted that fixed asap as well as this bumper rash. Additionally, I got the car with murky chrome trim and asked if that could get hit too. Both of my issues were not a problem for Garry, I was asked when I could bring it in and since I wanted this done quick I brought it in the next day. It took two and a half days to complete. I was happy to see the paint chip and bumper rash gone and super surprised that my chrome was no longer murky. See photos for the before and after. Side note I brought my car in very filthy and received my car back with tremendous care. Most shops don't go the extra mile to clean the whole exterior and even the engine bay, paper floor mats were set down on both the driver and the passenger seats. This care, detail, and quality workmanship has been done to each of my family members cars and now finally to mine. I am very happy with the results I got. For the price I payed I got so much value. I called other shops to see what they would quote me, other shops were asking 750-900 to paint match my bumper the factory imperial blue metallic since it's a premium color and for the additional work of addressing the chrome. With Garry I got a fair price that made me have them start work the next day. Overall this is a shop that pays attention to the details and to me seems like they follow the value of "leave something better then you found it" read more

I'd give this company 10 stars if it was possible. After my car was damaged by a shipping company and I tried several places with disappointment and frustration. I came and met the owner here and he went far and beyond any expectation to help me out. He did such a good job and even did extra work. It really made me feel like there are still some good people out there who do have the customers benefit in mind. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody and everybody looking for Bodywork. read more

Extremely professional and friendly. It is hard finding a great body shop. The process was so easy and took the stress load off my shoulders. Thank you again for your help Garik! I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

Can't understand the two one stars. One was about an unseen dog and the other about a perceived slight. Nothing had to do with the work. I was there two days ago and Ulysses Oregon took care of me immediately. I could have driven off without paying but gave him a Christmas tip. He fixed my bumper basically without charge. I had an estimate from Caliber next door for $1500 a few months ago and that was without the new damage. Can't ask for anything better than that. I consider it a great Christmas present. PS Yelp has removed two of my one star reviews through undue influence of business owners. I guess they don't believe in freedom of speech. I only read one stars when I check out businesses. I suggest that the manager Gary check out NEXTDOOR. The nutty posters there are trying to make an issue out of his dog. He should answer them lest they call in the FBI. Last time I checked there were almost a hundred posts. People have a lot of time on their hands around Christmas. read more

I have taken two cars there and they do unbelievable work at a very good price, and fast. You will be very happy with there work.

I was referred to radical by a co-worker after my car and was hit while parked at the mall parking lot. I called and spoke to Gary about getting my car repaired. After my phone call with Gary I felt he was genuine and felt like I was talking to a friend so I stopped by on my lunch break have have it accessed in person. I told Gary that I didn't want to go through insurance and wanted to pay out of pocket, he told me he will definitely help me out. We settled on a price which caught me by surprise the number I had in my head was way higher. I left my car there and Ubered back to work. Originally repair was 4-5 days, on the 3rd day I got a call from Gary car is done and getting detailed. I told Gary I'd be there after work to pick up. Talk about under promise and over delivering! I went to pick up my car and it was like nothing had ever happened, the workmanship and quality was beyond exceptional. Thank you Radical and Gary for taking care of everything you guys have a forever customer and definitely will be referring all my friends and family. read more
