I called to make a payment and the new lady working there couldn't find my info. She said she was going to ask the owners about it and call me back. I've been trying to call for over 4 hours and they won't pick up the phone now. I'm assuming they sold my unit at auction but at least have the intestinal fortitude to answer and tell me that. I WILL get an answer one way or another!
