I normally like Radisson Blus, but this one has severely dented my view of the chain.
It claims to be in the 4/5* category, but wardrobes without door fronts are more 2* territory, and the decor is a sea of white melamine - think 1990s Novotel!
The service is patchy at best, not helped by even more staff than usual in the hospitality industry for which the local language is not their native tongue. And the willingness of management to resolve problems when escalated to them is close to non-existant.
There have to be better options in the area! read more
