Derick and his team came out and gave us an estimate along with 3 other companies. Derick was very thorough and broke down everything that would need to be done and he was able to start right away. We needed the ceilings repaired in 6 rooms, ceilings painted and hardwood flooring replaced upstairs. They worked about two weeks doing the drywall for the ceilings. He told me the flooring should be in any day. That was 30 days ago. He has not responded to any of my texts or phone calls. He doesn't have a voicemail set up so you cannot leave a voicemail. He had us pay for everything except installing the flooring. At this point I think he has just pocketed our money for the new hardwood floors and never ordered them and doesn't plan to ever respond to us. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There is nothing we can do at this point because we have no way of contacting him and he already took our money. I am trying to write reviews so no one else will be treated that way and lose their money.

I hired this company to remodel a bathroom and add a laundry room. Work was to begin 2/26/15 and be…read morecompleted (per contract) by March 24, 2015. I paid 1/2 down at start of work. The job originally did not include the exterior door, outside spigot or moving the water heater. Those things were added in writing and paid for IN ADVANCE (my mistake) in addition to my down payment. The job drug out into April and I began complaining because the contractor showed up late in the day every time he came, only working briefly before leaving. Then he hired a substandard plumber to come in and finish the plumbing (not the one that had already gotten the permit and done the underground plumbing) and the work the contractor was doing was poor quality, so I told him (April 16, 2015) that I wanted to be there when the inspector came. I have not heard, nor seen from him since! I have tried texting, calling, emailing, and sending certified letter and cannot reach him. He left my house torn apart, the job less than 1/2 done and a month behind schedule. I would give zero stars if I could, but the important thing is for others to know. This guy skipped....with over $8000 of my money!!

Gordon and John came to our house to look at my back door. Gordon responded to my message right away which lets me know that he is professional. John, was his "door guy" and he was very knowledgeable about types of doors and took a look at my door and knew right away what needed to be done. The process to get my door replaced was straight forward, I paid for my door then when my door came, we set up an appointment to get it done. It took about a week and 3 days. The day John replaced the door, he worked nonstop in cold degree weather from 10a-3:30p! I mean he never stopped moving. I'm not even sure if he took a break to eat or drink. He fixed the frame of my door from Previous work that it had done, and even took the time to level it and raise it so that I don't get water in my house. I could tell that he took great pride in his job and I appreciate that he took the time to get the job done, did not rush it. The amount of time he took to customize my back door was very much appreciated. John simply said "This is just how we do our jobs" and I believe him! Gordon is very professional and I believe he has the resources to get whatever you need done. He even gave me tips on how to get my deck together for the summer. As far as pricing goes, he was able to work with me and my low budget. Paid mine out of pocket so I'm not sure if they finance. I believe they went above and beyond what I paid for even though this job wasn't a major one. I recommend this business!
