I was shown everything and we found exactly what I needed. I was fitted and Antonio worked diligently to have it ready. I was treated so well. I had never had so many compliments on my look. The best part is that I am one of Antonio's customers now. When I lose the weight, I'm back to have my suit altered. I'm not sure a couple of my shirts had been worked on by one tailor. And, another one had royally botched a different polo beyond repair. Oking is a gentleman. He is brilliant--knew exactly what fit I wanted before I asked. I dropped my polos off about 3 PM on a Friday and they were ready Monday afternoon. Now THAT is ambition and service!!! Oking's shop, Best Dressed Man, deserves every accolade on Yelp, and I don't say that lightly.

Now there were 7 people in line. It took the other cashier approximately 8 minutes to show up and call me over. I waited a total of 16 minutes to helped. I was next in line. That is ridiculous!!! When I mentioned it to the associate that was helping me, I received excuses about sick calls, her being on a break, and so on. I will not be entering a kohl's again for a very long time, if ever. Horrible service, and the place was a mess.
