All three employees greeted me, kept asking if I needed assistance, and were eager to tell me about the different brands. I walked out with a pair of boots and a pair of running shoes. Besides the outlet prices (which still aren't the cheapest in this mall), I got another 25% if which ended up being huge! (Honestly. Saved about $50. Saw the same shoe at Scheels later. Got a deal at Tradehome!) Love the brands here.

Not only is he so pleasant, so kind-he does all the work for you, taking shoes on and off, tying them, then says don't worry about the mess I'll take care of it. And he doesn't give up until he finds the shoe you are most satisfied with. But he also helps you understand how to choose the right shoe based on your personal needs. He took care of both my husband and I-then I took my friend in and he did the same thing for her. We are very happy with our shoes-and it's so refreshing to see someone be excellent in their field and genuinely care about their customers.

So I don't know if it was the brand or the store, but if you don't see your size, try on something close. You'd be surprised.

No food court but it has a restaurant (Los Cabos) and a few other places to eat. The directory is a great place to find current sales and events. When I was there, J Crew Factory was having the big sale. However, price was the same as online. I was hoping to find cheaper deals in store. Workers inside outlet mall were nice. They were helpful and willing to check their inventories to look for the right fit. It was a good first visit. With more stores available with its opening, I no longer have to drive elsewhere to pick up online orders to avoid the shipping fees. J crew factory is one of the stores for me.
