A quick call from the hotel boutique confirmed they had what I needed and a short while later, I was greeted by Kieffer Parker, who I assume is the owner. He ushered me right in, produced a large box of "hardware" to choose from and within 5 minutes I was properly cuffed and buttoned and on my way to the wedding ceremony. While I know these are not high value items, he would not take any money and was just happy to know he saved the day for me. This northerner was the recipient of some serious southern hospitality. The store manager at Oglethorpe - Shanique and employee Lazia were not helpful. Both of them said that you'd have to go back to the one you bought it from since our prices are different. I stated the point that this is a corporate store as the other one is, regardless of price, you should be able to return and refund it as I have the receipt and method of payment with me. She refused to help me, saying that your refund will be a different amount since our price is not the same. On top of this, the store manager was not professional nor did she care about customer service as her employee, Lazia was on a personal phone call on speaker on her cell phone talking about cooking and food. I came back to this store and they accepted my return. I asked them about this and both Jamella and Melissa were frustrated and astonished at this. Jamella informed me that yes you can return an item at another store since we are in the same district. She also said that they probably were lazy and did not want to go into the POS system and process the return. She provided me with a district manager contact and he will be hearing this from me.

12-2-24 Came to this…read morestore specifically for a sweater I saw in their mailer that was sent to my home. The date of the release of the item was to be 12/4 but I took my chances it would have dropped early. The store itself was a mess. I saw a pair of leggings that would match the sweater I wanted. Except my size wasn't on display. However I noticed a bunch of them had fallen on the floor out of sight. So I moved the trunk/ display and thankfully what was on the floor was my size. I shopped the rest of the store as I had coupons I wanted to use. Nothing else inspired me except a pair of panties that you get free with purchase and coupon. As I waited to check out and finally was my turn I asked again about my sweater. I was assured that in two days it will be put out. The girl at the register was looking for a sensor to take off of my leggings and there was none. I explained how I got them off the floor. She said they were really busy over the weekend. This is the only store I like in this mall. Even this store is in rough shape. I might try again in the future and will update my review if it improves.

After walking halfway in, I found someone! I think the problem is the store is just really big and wide and Pink is attached to it too. I asked the lady if there were any sales going on and it just so happened that there was one on exactly the item I was looking for so she helped me find it in my size. Thank you, Ma'am! She was so quick and knew her stuff! I went to the cash and lo and it explained where the rest of her colleagues were. There were 3 on cash and 3 customers waiting. Those ladies worked that line and I got to the front in no time. The store seemed well stocked to me, although I was like a horse with those flappy things (what are those things called anyway? Sigh...mommy brain) on their eyes and I only had one way to go! I would say from the time I walked in, I was in and out in 10 minutes and that just makes my life that much easier when you have your family impatiently waiting outside for you to finish in a store they don't want to be in!

Although the sizes seemed enormous for a small, I didn't see anything but S, M, L, XL. I also procured pink makeup brushes, of course one for moi & a few for moi friends. I think i went in here 4 times during this HHI jaunt but no checkins happened cuz H& M didn't have a page....I came & forgot. Mais oui when i saw a purple dress, I had to have it.... Gift clothes for the son...I pondered returning back to see/get moiself the XS extrasmall UCLA puffer that I didn't really search for since I have to many coats.. But not a UCLA puffer & I could squish it in moi purse bag [without needing another suitcase!!) Once I saw the cashier line was short, I made my move...& eeeeeks cuz moi credit card that I need spend on is not there in moi wallet. The manager who was ringing up to clear the line out was helpful to say "call the last place that u were at to see if it's there". Doh! That would be Panera & yea, I left my cc on the counter !! The timing was perfect because I was leaving on a cruise a week later. That's why I needed the strapless bra. I went in again Sunday for some new bras. I've lost 80 lbs and don't even know what size I need. So Rita came to the rescue, understood the assignment and fit me with three no wire full coverage bras. The fit is perfect and comfortable!!!
