I went here to get my 3rd Reiki energy adjustment along with a crystal bowl sound bath. I have had…read morethose but separate. The sound bath of 15 minutes started the session and 45 minutes of Reiki finish the session. Total cost of the session was $80 plus I left a nice tip. Very professional from the ease to setup the appointment on line and only had to pay a $25 deposit to hold the appointment. Alex did a pre session interview taking notes about why I was there and what I hope to get from it. I had read that if your energy was very out, it is better to have 3 sessions of reiki in 6 weeks. I used 3 different therapists for this. After the session, he had a written form of what he found, what he did, and the outcome. Besides the chakras, he also diid a look at the rest of the body. He texted me a picture of the sheet the next day. He was very understanding about the fact my late soulmate is very protective of me and needed to be asked for me to have any hands. Alex could even see EBS. I plan to keep my energy more inline since I have been fighting leg pain and weakness which has improved. I plan to do that quarterly so I do plan to return.

I have gotten Reiki healings as needed for close to 10 years. Last year, I felt in need of a…read morecleanse and I'm so glad to have found Claire at ASHA. She has the gift. As she's working, I can feel energy shifting and I can get into a wonderful relaxed state of just being and not thinking. For someone who lives in their head all the time, it's a delightful feeling. You have the choice to have her say what's she's sensing or not but I love to hear what's she's sensing, as it's so accurate and to me, it helps me change to terms with my feelings or know what to focus on in the coming weeks. The best part is, after every cleanse, I feel lighter and more connected, even after some very heavy work that may bring up an array of emotions: when I leave, I feel like the sun is shining brighter and all my favorite songs are on the radio. And that feeling stays with me for several days to weeks after. The three session pack is a great deal for the amount of healing you get and it's very flexible: you could use these monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, etc depending on your needs. I'm putting Reiki healing with Claire up there with getting massages or seeing a chiropractor: go when you need it but also when you don't to prevent needing it.
