I've had to call a lot recently to add and merge coverage and every time someone answers right away, rarely do I get an answering machine. Not only do they always pick up the phone or write you back immediately but when you need help after a claim is filed they go the extra mile! I have been struggling with a roof hail claim and just could not get ahold of my assigned adjuster to get the contractor paid. Michelle got on the bat phone twice and he called me within the hour! I honestly don't know how people do it without help from a team like this. However, Lori (owner) & Courtney (lieutenant) who are both immensely knowledgeable, progressively became more and more difficult to reach. Many times I alerted them to this fact, but they were in complete denial, and simply referred me to their consistently incompetent support staff. My recommendation would be to hire and/or train a more competent support staff and shift the leader's attention from their emphasis on sales/marketing back to good old customer service to take care of their existing customers on a more punctual basis. Had they responded more positively to my feedback, I would still be doing business with this agency.
