I have never been more comfortable and trusting of a dentist in my life. Unfortunately, my…read moreinsurance is out of their network but I was told by my pharmacist that this was the ONLY place to go. Why? It was a Sunday and I woke up with a massive abscess from a cracked room and a softball sized cheek. Being the weekend I had to call my doc to get some antibiotics. My pharmacist knows a lot of people and doctors etc... and told me he goes to Aesthetic Dentistry and I should too. He wasn't kidding. Since they were closed I emailed them late Sunday night and at 7:48am I got a call that they would see me at noon that day. I was floored by the quick response. The receptionists are kind and the waiting area is comfortable. First I filled out the paperwork. It was like 5 pages but at least 2 of them asked you how you feel about your oral health and where you want it to be and another asked about your feelings about getting dental work done and any past experience that was good or bad. Immediately I knew they took their patients feelings and wishes to heart. I saw Dr. Laurito. I got X-rays and he drained what he could from my tooth. I don't take to well to numbing injections so I felt a bit of it but he kept asking if I was ok or needed to break. He advised me on my antibiotics and scheduled me for 3 days later. That was today. My infection is going away but he couldn't do anything to that tooth until it clears up. I had significant damage to my two front teeth and am currently looking for a job but was too embarrassed to smile or talk really. He fixed that problem right up for me today and wrote up a plan for my care which I'll be going in next week to review. I'm bringing my mom after telling them about her crown troubles. They were horrified and my mom is excited to go. The fact that they lay out all of your options on paper (which will likely cause sticker shock for me because my teeth are bad) is awesome because you will know what to expect and plan your course of action. I know this was a novel, thanks for reading it. They truly deserve all 5 stars plus some. For the first time in I don't know how long, I'm smiling again!

I see Dr. Blasek and I've always felt that I've been getting the best care. Their office is organized and they even text message you appointment reminders. This is important to me as sometimes I'll book as much as 6 months in advance. I've had to get day-of appointments a couple of times for emergencies and they were always able to accommodate. That's 5 stars in my book!

Sitting in the dentist chair gives me a lot of anxiety, but since becoming a patient at Horsham Dental Care, my experience has been completely different. Over the past year I've worked with several hygienists and technicians, and I recently needed to have three dental crowns, which was more dental work than I've ever had in my life. My anxiety was definitely elevated going into it, but the team made the entire experience much easier than I expected. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff -- reception, hygienists, technicians, and dentists -- are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just as importantly, they are absolute experts at what they do. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and are very skilled at minimizing discomfort, which makes a huge difference for someone like me who has dental anxiety. After the initial crown work I did have a temporary crown come off and my tooth was exposed. The office got me in quickly and replaced it right away, which was extremely important. The dentist made sure the new temporary was secure so I could eat normally and comfortably until the permanent crown was ready. That level of responsiveness meant a lot to me. I'm also very impressed with the advanced technology and imaging they use. The scans allow you to instantly see what's going on with your teeth, which removes the guesswork and helps you make informed decisions about your care. One other thing that has really stood out to me is their focus on patient education. I was never very good at flossing -- honestly, I think it's because I was never properly shown how important it was or how to do it effectively. Because of the education and encouragement I received at Horsham Dental Care, I now floss consistently twice a day. The results have been amazing. When I went for my second cleaning, it was obvious to the hygienist that I had been flossing, and my cleaning was noticeably easier and much less uncomfortable. Go figure... it only took 57 years to finally get it right! If you are looking for a dentist in the Horsham area, especially if you are someone who gets nervous about dental work, I highly recommend Horsham Dental Care. Their professionalism, technology, education, and compassionate approach truly make the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

For more serious work, they will tell you different options, and help you decide what is best for you with no pressure. If you're military, HDC is one of the best options in the area.

Kim the hygienist was thorough but gentle and her bedside manner is fantastic. They really take the time to assess your dental health, including taking photos of your teeth (in addition to x-rays). Dr. Bydalek and his staff are friendly and courteous. The office is neat and clean and Dr. Bydalek will spend whatever time is needed to help you to understand any issue you might have with your teeth. I had a crown placed in another state and while eating some dried fruit, it came off. Dr. Bydalek replaced it but 2 weeks later it came off again. He then explained that the way the tooth was prepped, there was not enough tooth to which to attach the crown. He wanted to do a different preparation on the tooth but the nerve was too close to the surface. I liked that, as he doesn't do many root canals, he sent me to a specialist to have it done. Then I came back to him for the crown. The process, though long, was well coordinated, and resulted in a crown that doesn't fall off every time I chew on something slightly sticky or hard. I have had nothing but positive interactions with everyone in the office from Dr. Bydalek, to the hygienists, to reception. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!
