I was not aware they carried my favorite cruelty free product: Eminence! I have really sensitive and delicate skin skins and have been known to get a reaction from non cruelty free products. My dermatologist told me I'm hypersensitive to fragrance so I have to be carful what I use on my skin. I discovered Eminence products about 9 years ago when I used to be vegan. I am a fan of using natural, organic raw ingredients nothing that has to be tested on animals is nothing I want to use on my skin! Besides I love animals why would want to hurt them? I did not have the time try a facial or Microdermabrasion that day but now that I know they use an organic and cruelty free product will be sure to come back!

My first visit was about 4 weeks ago for my first body wax in a semi sensitive area and it was with a person who was very nice and understanding and kept me distracted by asking very social questions about what to watch on tv and movies and that type of thing and the appointment went great at the end of the appointment in the lobby she was able to recommend a product for me to use which I bought and have been using since. I scheduled a follow up appointment for another area of the body that was much more sensitive and would probably be more painful. The day before my appointment I received a message that my original waxer was no longer with the salon and I was being rescheduled for the same time with a different person, which was fine with me. My wax appointment took place today and I came away very disappointed with the experience. I had explained to the waxing specialist that this was my first time waxing that body area and that I was very new to body waxing, and in general. I was shocked at how painful the waxing was but to make it worse the waxy specialist did a sales job on their products the entire time I was there, which made it even more stressful and completely ruined the experience for me and cured me from wanting me to go back to that location. It is not necessary to force feed a sale talk when someone is getting a service. Not only did I not get any product but I didn't book any future appointments.

Her technique is so flawless, she is so gentle and only uses the best products and lashes. What I really loved is that she could look at my eyes and face shape and knew what would look good to open and enhance my eye features she also never compromised my natural lash and would never do anything that would be too heavy on my lash and therefore damaging. She was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient with me as I expressed my skin concerns & what results I was looking for in cosmetics. She took the time to actually hear me and she was genuine in helping. Lexi was great at providing options with their pros and cons (for my needs) and for the first time in a long time, I am really happy with my purchases and excited to use them all. And even though I hadn't planned on spending the amount that I did when I first walked in, I feel good about it. One thing I wished was to be able to tip Lexi for all her time & help. Although she was super grateful, she said she couldn't accept. In this day where everyone is asking for a tip, even when they just grab something off a shelf & hand it to you, I was disappointed that I couldn't show my appreciation for true, quality service (time & effort) that was provided.
