After I confirmed she was a service dog, he repeatedly told me that if she peed or pooped, I would have to clean it up, said if she broke anything I would have to pay for it, and even said he could call the police. I calmly explained that service dogs aren't required to have certification papers, but he continued making comments that made me feel singled out and unwelcome. My service dog remained calm and under control the whole time and caused no issues. Because of this my friend and I decided to leave without shopping. I understand businesses have a right to protect their property, but customers with legitimate service dogs should be treated with respect and without harassment.

The only difference was the owner did call me back and told me "It's been over a year, you should have done something about right after it happened. I explained to her that I did but no one would do anything. So, I have $43.00 of store credit from a store that has the purse and I have credit to a store that I will never set foot in. They were the meanest, rudest and two of the least concerning women I have ever encountered at a business. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend this store to my dog. Make sure you want what you purchase because there's no returns no exchange and certainly no refunds. They give you store credit on damaged merchandise. Had they had another purse like the one I bought I would have taken it but they didn't. Shame shame on you Angie. How do you sleep at night knowing you have swendled your customers like this?

As my mother and I were looking through the well organized racks, a sales associate followed after us commenting on "messing" up the rack. Then come to find out, the young sales associate was commenting on our Hispanic background. Making comments as to "if we could even afford" their clothing. She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring and friendly. I totally believe she loves her job, and gets to know her customers and their needs. When I go in there looking for something I always go to Sylvia first. She then tells me if they have it, and where it is located on the lot. If they don't have it she sees to it that it is ordered, and will even contact me when it comes in. I truly like her, and her helpful and caring customer service. Since I am a beginner Beekeeper, and love to grow much of my own vegetables, I show her some pics of what I am doing or looking for, which helps her to serve my needs better. Hobby Lobby is now right across the street. One thing I particularly enjoy/appreciate is the ability to order stuff online and pick it up curbside. Hobby Lobby doesn't have that. HOWEVER, don't expect quick service. They usually take at least 15 minutes to bring your items out. They'll mark your order as picked up and then 10 minutes later, they actually bring it out to you. I've had to call before to ask about my order. I couldn't just run in because I had a sleeping child in the car. So that's annoying. Also, I would check your order before you drive away because I've used the curbside ordering 3 times and 2 of those times an item was missing... so while I really like that curbside is an option, it's not the BEST option. If you can go inside to shop, do it. You'll find lots of goodies, and basically everything you need. P.S. Don't forget to download the app and use those coupons. You're welcome.
