They took over £800 and taught my son so little that after 25 hours of their instruction, when he moved to another instructor he was told he needed a minimum of 30 hours to be ready for his test, which he passed with his new instructor. They ARE NOT the UK's favourite driving school as they purport on their Facebook page.... if they were you would see them all over the place and not just when they arrive for a lesson!!

Deciding to have one last bash at it with Udrive was definitely the right choice. Sandra is patient, relaxed and confident - which in turn makes you relaxed and confident. She took the time to talk to me about my anxieties with driving, and where I struggled and how I wanted to do things and then let me set my own pace. Everything was explained in ways that stuck, and I know this sounds weird but she makes you enjoy parallel parking. She's very organised with booking in lessons, but can be flexible when needed, and is a consummate professional even when she's making you laugh. I passed first time, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Frank is one of the best teachers going. He treats you as an individual and is really friendly -…read moreeasy to talk to. Can't comment on the prices as it's a number of years since I passed, but he does do cheaper block bookings which takes the price per lesson down. Frank never seemed to get irrated when teaching the lesson and often went out of his way to schedule lessons (driving accorss town to pick me up). He has a fun way of lightening up the mood, playing games, but still teaching. He has taught 4 of my family members and all of them have passed to. i would like to thank bsm for being great while i was receiving family fund knowing it was all…read morepayed for they were great but as soon as i had to start paying and missed a lesson (due to having an disabled child that is) they have messed me around none stop and now have cancelled my instructor 5 days before my test there has been a lot of phone calls the past 3 days and suprise suprise all of there instructors are fully booked on the day of my test my advice stay away and get people that will not cancell 5 days before your test and leave you in a position where you have no instructor or car for the day of your test.and i dont beleive all of bsms instructors are all busy on the day of my test you should not be allowed to get away with this
