Deciding to have one last bash at it with Udrive was definitely the right choice. Sandra is patient, relaxed and confident - which in turn makes you relaxed and confident. She took the time to talk to me about my anxieties with driving, and where I struggled and how I wanted to do things and then let me set my own pace. Everything was explained in ways that stuck, and I know this sounds weird but she makes you enjoy parallel parking. She's very organised with booking in lessons, but can be flexible when needed, and is a consummate professional even when she's making you laugh. They kids are there for 2 yrs and then move on, sadly this is the onset of the teenage years and after a phone call with some of the staff i can see where they get their attitude from.I fear that this is the case with most secondary schools nowadays

My instructor cancelled on my day before my test and they couldn't provide me a cover so my test fee of £75 went out the window and they're not even acknowledging it. I have raised it with them signed many escalation forms but I'm sure they don't even read them because Of the the kind of responses I have received. they Might have good instructors but the minute you run into a problem just know that you're screwed And guaranteed to waste a lot of money. They don't have respect for peoples money nor time.
