It was dry and lame... sorry, but it was, and it was nowhere near worth five bucks. However, the flautas (taquitos)? O. M. G! Amazing! Topped with fresh avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and what I believe was Parmesan cheese. It was a huge portion, absolutely delicious, and despite the awkward language barrier? After going in circles in the same conversation with him on the phone & in person he got a major attitude with me because I started speaking louder because I was irritated at that point. He started yelling at me that I better not talk to him that way & I responded to him that I was simply speaking louder so others could hear the conversation since it was going in circles & he didn't seem to be hearing or understanding me very well. His coworkers were even standing there laughing at him. This man does not understand that customers can purchase items on the app & check out AS A GUEST. He refused to help me because he couldn't find a purchase under my name after I told him 3 times I checked out as a guest & there was NO NAME. I had the receipt IN HAND & he refused it. He got angry & stormed off on me so the girl up front had to go get another manager for me. Thankfully there were two managers on shift or I would have had to have called the police to get any assistance. The 2nd manager found the order via the order number on the receipt and was able to do the exchange in under 2 minutes without any issues. This store needs to fire the manager named Emmit.
