My experience with this dealership has been absolutely horrible. I purchased a vehicle that has had…read moreconstant mechanical problems and has spent more time at their shop being repaired than in my possession. Despite multiple repair attempts, including a recent transmission repair, the vehicle continues to break down. Instead of taking responsibility and properly resolving the situation, the dealership refused to give me a refund and offered me a ridiculous amount to take the car back. Their handling of this entire situation has been extremely disappointing. I have been left dealing with repeated breakdowns, unsuccessful repairs, and a dealership that has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I have filed formal complaints with the appropriate agencies. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with them.

But what really impressed me is how they stand by you after the purchase. I bought a 2016 BMW X3, and when I took it in for recalls, I found out the car needed about $3,000 in repairs. Naturally, I was frustrated since I had just purchased it. World Star Auto didn't leave me hanging at all -- they stepped up and reimbursed me for a large portion of the repair costs, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service. Shoutout to my best friend for the recommendation. From here on out, all my cars are coming from World Star Auto. Highly recommend!

During my visit I felt I was treated differently compared to other customers, and certain comments came across as inappropriate and racially insensitive. I came in ready to do business, but instead left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. No customer should feel that way when making a major purchase. I will be taking myself and my money elsewhere and I advise all future customers to do the same.
