This was my second time stopping by Raceway Car Wash, and once again, I had such a great experience! The customer service here really stands out, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Rob, who helped me during my visit. Rob was incredibly friendly, thorough, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. It's those little extra touches that make you remember a business and want to come back. Overall, I've had nothing but positive experiences at Raceway, and the consistently great customer service is definitely a big reason I'll continue coming back. Always nice to leave with a clean car and an even better impression! read more

Sergio is absolutely amazing and super helpful!! It was the first time using this location and he is the reason we will come back!

I went to the Thomas Rd/44th St location in Phoenix for a $12 wash. A young man greeted me and offered unlimited washes for the same price for the next 30 days, I only had to provide my debit/credit card. I agreed, signed off on what I thought was that agreement, and went about my way. Low and behold, 28 days later my card was charged $19.95 for a monthly membership fee! When I tried calling to request a refund because I did not agree to that, I was told I couldn't get my money back but I could use my unlimited washes for another 30 days and they would throw in a couple extra washes. This was underhanded and this business should be ashamed of themselves. I sent another email to corporate but it's been crickets ever since. read more

Sergio is always super polite and has an amazing attitude! He's always nice to the kids in the car and keeps a smile On his face in this hot weather. I switched over to this car wash from cobblestone and honestly best decision car wash is always on point read more

I have been going to this car wash for over a year now. I have ran into some issues but never none that we couldn't work through the guys that worked their were great. Art, Jared, Tony, Mike, Giumeo. I dont know how to spell his name buy he waa a great guy as well I dont know what has happen to the people that worked there but its like everything has gone to hell. Its dirty the people that work there now its like are just miserable. They dont like there jobs you can tell. Its very negative now. Maria is the new manager their and she is about the rudest person i have ever met in my life. I was trying to explain my car was still dirty and my tires looked like shit. She said to me and I was taken back by it. She said well then take it back through then so I did and still it was not giving me the wash iam use to by them . So I asked to speak to her again and I was told she was busy. I have never ever been treated like this by NO ONE ever before. I pay everything I go I've always been greeted by happy people and a smile. Then this past month or so everything went to hell. I don't know if the brushes are not changed or cleaned. Or if it has to do with the cleaners. The tunnel looks like it needs a cleaning. The whole place needs a touch for sure. So back to what I was saying, thanks to a kind gentlemen he walker over and asked me if I was OK or if I needed anything. I responded yes, I once again explained my situation and he right away said I do apologize. I will help you out and went got some tire shine and got on where there was still dirt on my back bumper and side doors. Thank you Tony very much for your concern and stepping up like managers do and helping out there customer's. I am sorry to say I'll be taking my business to Jackson car wash for now on. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go back to raceway. They have gone to shit. This past month or two months. Just don't know what one is doing to the next. I would get rid of that new Manger Maria. She is nosey rude and thinks she is above everyone. Well ill take this to the bbb next. read more

Very clean car wash glad I picked this location:) I'll definitely be coming more often!

Daniel is absolutely wonderful and helpful in every way. If you want a carwash with a friendly face I definitely recommend you come here!

I went to raceway car wash two days ago and washed my car as I got out I noticed my car still had superficial dirty and the wash didn't do a thorough job. The next day it rained and I returned to ask about the rain check any what they can do because I have been a returning customer. I was meet with rudeness from a young male employee and then the manager who both told me if I'm not going to pay I just need to back up and move. They pretty much shouted they don't offer rain checks even though 95% of car wash in Arizona do. I will never return to Raceway Car wash and if I can let my family and friends know what I experienced there I'm sure they will feel the same way. Didn't catch either of the employees names but younger male referred to his manager as "Ace". I'm also a disabled veteran and a part of Wounded warrior project as it is I can hardly wash my own Vehicle. It just would be a service to the community that provides business to this car wash if they were more professional plan and simple. read more

This was not even a dirty vehicle and they still couldn't make it clean.. this truck was detailed on Saturday, we took a trip got some bugs and dirt, needed a rinse off. Huge waste of time and money. read more

Be carefull, they were deducting money from my account for 3 months, after I found out they only gave back 1 month. Reporting complain to Federal Trade Commision. FTC.GOV report it, in case that happen to you too read more

Since they move the Girl that was the manager from that place everything is bad there, water smell like sewer, broken equipment that can scratch your car like it happened to my van and what is the worst is the employees attitude when you ask for help, the guy with glasses that call himself a Manager turned his back to me when I ask him about the scratch from the non working wax rolls, fortunately there is another car wash from other company getting build close by read more

If you go during mornings from 7 am until 9 they have discounts. Last time I visited this place I paid for a $10 dlls wash but sadly it looked like a $5 dlls wash. read more

DONT GO HERE!!! Horrible customer service, the machines always breaking down, and employees are rude disrespectful and inconsiderate!

Save Time, Save Money and Get Unlimited Car Washes? Only two are correct, and unlimited car washes and saving about $5.00 will not be worth your time. I'm canceling my monthly pass, because I spend at least a half hour waiting to get through the gate...no lie. AT LEAST A HALF HOUR! Sometimes the line is backed up ON 67th Ave. It takes on average, 3-5 minutes for each car to pay and there is no Express Gate for those of us with a pass! There is no saving time...EVER! I've been here during the week, and I've been here on weekends. I always leave angry due to them wasting my time. You will spend at least an hour here, and I don't have time for that kind of craziness. I should be able to be in and out, in about 15 minutes, and that includes a vacuum. Don't waste your time here. There are plenty of other car washes nearby. read more
