While I understand this more than likely wouldn't have been an authentic one, I also know putting a used toy in a box and selling it as new is wrong and probably illegal. When confronted the business denied selling them ever, calling us liars. Other people saw them for sale as well. This says so much about this business. Lying about a child's toy is cruel and I hope to prevent someone else from falling for their scam. They have several items for sale in this store, I would be skeptical of all of it. This was straight up fraud and they refuse to even acknowledge it. It wasn't a lot of money and I paid with a card so I can file a claim, but it's the principle. In addition to standard pumps, they also feature tractor trailer pumps as well. And in addition to the pumps and all the normal stuff you find in gas stations, you will also find a Denny's here. We are usually passing through, so we have never eaten at the Denny's. Service is always decent here. Nothing spectacular, but nothing terrible. However, the condition and cleanliness of this location leaves something to be desired. I know it is a busy store given its location, but it needs some work. And even if a refresh isn't coming soon...they can at least have someone on staff to ensure the cleanliness is at least monitored and managed. There is a menu with sandwiches but I went with the meat and 2 choice. Today, the choices were BBQ Chicken, pork chops, or chicken tenders. I went with the BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, and blackeye peas. All of it made for a solid, homestyle, country cooking lunch. My lunch also included a massive piece of fried cornbread, apple cobbler, and sweet tea. Quite a meal with some tasty fixings that cost $9...a little more than fast food, but soooo much better in every aspect. Next time I work at the school in Wicksburg, I will be contemplating ways on how to make it up to Robert's Cafe.
