Despite the customer's behavior, this employee remained completely professional, calm, and respectful the entire time. It went on for several minutes, and not once did he lose his cool. I was so impressed that I decided to stay until the incident was over -- especially after noticing that the rude customer was filming him. I wanted to make sure that if anything happened, there would be a witness to the truth of what I saw. Even while handling that stressful situation, the employee continued serving other customers, refilling coffee, and managing the counter efficiently. Whoever owns or manages this store should know they have an outstanding employee -- someone who truly represents 7-Eleven's brand with integrity, patience, and professionalism. I have seen a few review state that the people are rude here, I have been in here multiple times and I have never noticed that. I also seen a negative review about cars being towed when people park there and go to other businesses. Yes, I could see that really upsetting you. However, this has been a long enforced policy and I guess I can understand it because people would park here and spend the whole night going from here to there.
