They would not exchange my chew because I opened.... In the dark... thus it was opened. Between my F250, expedition, Toyota Highlander and Subaru, we likely spend $500 per month out of convenience of the corner. NO MORE. They wouldn't exchange my opened chew and told me "wasn't being king" by telling them I'm going to HEB and their competitor from now one. Typical victim mentality with this 20 something generation. HEB has cheaper gas, buy it there. Such a joke and lack training on customer service. I'm a business owner and this type of s#!+ wouldn't fly over $8. You've lost $500 to be a victim over $8 (they knew us by name). Bad business. I'll also tell my neighbors. $6k per year over $8. Rant ended and the pansy 20-30 generation put on notice. I stopped to get gas before work. I notice a wet spot on the ground but I thought it was just…read morewater. I stepped on it and fell backwards so hard...landing on my back on the concrete then hitting my head. ....then I decided to get back up and pump my gas. I put the nozzle in my car...the nozzle broke. Gas was spraying EVERYWHERE. I couldn't stop it....I fell on my knee. Then I went into race track to tell someone, this man said "sorry" and offered me a free coffee....I'm literally dripping in gas at this point. Was told that someone would contact me "soon" for a accident report....never did. I'm so angry....very sore, ruined clothes/shoes & couldn't go to work due the smell of gas on me and being in pain.

They have a nice beer selection and offer champagne, mimosas and wine. They even offer HAPPY HOUR! The mimosas are made perfectly. The price point is great whether it's happy hour or not. What an absolutely horrid customer service experience, here at approximately 6:05 pm today. The…read moreyoung guy (tall, dark, curly hear wearing a green shirt) who rang up my items put in some other phone number, rather than allowing me the opportunity to enter in my own phone number to receive rewards. The name showed up on the screen as some random woman's name! I asked for a receipt and he refused to provide it. To make matters worse, after putting my items in a bag, he kept the bag on his side of the counter. I said, "My bag?!?" expecting him to hand it to me, but instead he said, "You're good" and just stared at me! Had to reach across the counter and grab it myself! I will not return. Luckily, since I live right down the street, there is another gas station being built right across the street and I will gladly visit it when it opens. I hope others do the same.
