Went in to see if i could match rear rim with one of theirs and the man in the shop took the rim and went off to the back and pointed at a wall and said get what you need. I'm new to the motorcycle world and was looking for some guidance, the head mechanic proceeded to tell me and his workers to "if i'm not paying for their time to not assist his or answer any of his questions". Then tried to discourage me and told me to sell my bike instead of buying a new back rim? After I thought i had found the right rim WITHOUT guidance, i go to the office to pick out a tire and pay - the mechanics radiod up to the same dick head mechanic and said Rim i picked wouldn't work. Then infront of other customers he proceeded to tell me if i wanted to walk back there to choose a different rim it would be an additional $50, cussing the whole time / finishing his rant saying he should sell all of his rims and tires because he doesn't want to deal with this s***. Needless to say, they never even said it would cost $50 to go look at the rims? I paid the $50, took my broken rim and left. If you can't handle running a business and helping your customers then why the hell are you running one? The whole time this "lead mechanic" was yelling the front office lady was giggling. Pathetic. This company lost over $600 for a s*** attitude. I wonder how much other money he's ran off? Side note : The mechanics in the BACK of the garage were nice and trying to help but that "lead" mechanic was just throwing a tantrum telling them not to. read more

Went there to get rear tire for my 95 soft tail guy came to me said that my spring on my back break caliber was on wrong wanted to know if I wanted him to fix it I said yeah thinking it would be 10min fix cause i know there was nothing wrong With my breaks when I rode in there they asked me what my budget it was i told them 350 so 3 hours later there charging me 731 dollars an I know longer have rear breaks I ended leaving there with my rear caliber zipped tied to my back peg what kills me there was nothing wrong with my breaks when I rode in an I only wanted back tire done an told them my budget was 350 it so they screwed my breaks up an charged me twice the budget I told them this ppl are crooks I would never go to this place for anything the mechanics have no clue what the he'll there doing they belong in jail for what they done to me I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE KNOW ONE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF read more

This local community establishment is a fantastic resource for new and used motorcycle parts and accessories. I got a great deal on a tire replacement. I brought the rim to them, And they had me done in under an hour, and that was with several people needing help batteries installed purchasing trailers and buying body panels! I was very impressed with the speed of service and attention to detail. I got a great deal on my tire and it was balanced and runs and rides great! So much more than just motorcycle sales! INTERACT AT YOUR OWN RISK Went to get a front tire mounted and balanced on the Bike. I thought they did the work quickly then about 3miles later I discovered why it was so quick. They not only did not torque my Caliper bolts but put them in finger tight. On e fell out the other held just enough to keep from killing me, when I got home I discovered what the "clacking" was, I called immediately and was told to ride the bike back over ( WHAT?? ). Long story short they lied, said they would get the bolt, never returned calls: tried to say it was not their fault, they put in, but never can explain how to 22 ft/lb w/ red locktite bolts could have walked out on a 12 mile very gentle ride home ( new rubber is slick ). They refuse to discount the service, or make it right, got me for the $69, could have had a long-term customer, but that is the last $1 I spend there. read more

I went into the store today with cash in hand, and a few items to trade told the owner. I was trying to leave today with a bike. I drove over an hour to get to the store and I sat in the store for over an hour while the owner and the mechanic got into a yelling match in front of customers and everyone else in the store. They didn't show any interest in trying to sell me a bike extremely poor customer service. All the bikes were scratched or damaged or had a salvage title. Complete waste of my time unless you're extremely bored I would never recommend going to the store for anything. read more

BEWARE of this place, I read the reviews but thought we would give them a try for changing tires and balancing as I waited anyway, they were fast in about an hour done. I took off on bike gave a few miles be to concerned about balance road 30 minutes bike had wobble. turned out they removed balance beads from tires and replaced with stick on weights and a shitty job at best. i returned with beads and bike asked to install beads to cure balance issue, when completed 20 minutes later ended up charged me another $96.00 WOW!!! to fix a problem they caused after charging 300 to install and balance tires first time, and keep the old tires in like new condition for there resale.. I have been in business 38years contracting all types of services and have never seen anything like this place.. read more

I bought a motorcycle for $3800 with a salvage title, so while waiting on my inspection date I decided to take them the front wheel to get the tire replaced, do to it dry rotting, I bought a new tire from them (not a cheap one either ). So the following week I decided to go ahead and replace the rear tire being it was 14 years old, I took them the wheel and bought a new tire (same brand not cheap) and the guy changing it in the back was telling the lady in the front to charge me extra because it took 4 guys to put it on, so they charged me $10. Because they had trouble mounting the new tire that they sold me on the motorcycle wheel that they sold me, I liked this place intill yesterday and thought I would go there for all my motorcycle needs, needless to say, I will never go back there and do not recommend. read more

I actually had a nice experience buying here until I got my bike and the dealer still hadn't sent me the title. I don't know what happened but they lost it, I don't know how, and then they gave me the wrong information to get a new title. So I've had my bike now for almost two months and I still can't legally ride it. Also, after taking months to get the title figured out, they forgot to add the lien to the title...thanks guys! In summary these people are not smart or helpful, they withhold and hide important information, and they don't care about you. If you buy from them be very very careful. read more

Payed for a 2005 hayabusa 4600$ tag said rides good runs good..due to having a salvage title and not being able to ride it until having inspection done to get tags to ride it..so first ride and shift into 2nd gear and loud bang 2nd gear is damaged which after research is a common issue on these bikes i had no idea.went talked to owner at racers edge.he said i quote i could fix it no problem but i dont have time end quote also told me just go buy a used motor on ebay So...basically he dont care not his problem..and go away..said good luck keep looking around you will find somebody to fix it..so after paying almost 5000$ i have to pay another 1500.00 to fix it just to ride it .what a horrible buisnessman read more
