I received a DoorDash order for this location where I was the first/only person in line. There were only 3 items that needed to be picked up. Two other customers walked in and were serviced before me. The items were a snicker bar, a monster drink, and a bag of chips. When I asked why did I have to wait, I was told by this employee that the other customers shouldn't have to wait while he prepares the DoorDash. I believe it's first come first serve. I was polite and waited patiently as he serviced the other customers. Once they left, I explained to him that I should have been token care of first in a respectful manner. I was told by the employee that he knows how to do his job. He was rude, did not want to provide me his name, or store manager's name. I've been calling there to speak to someone but the phone just rings.

I really like that they have a hand sanitizer dispenser and disposable gloves at the pump. That's a bonus star. The pump area was mostly tidy and the station is in good shape. Gas prices are volatile these days, but this store's prices are in line with others nearby, and Columbia has cheaper gas than Charleston. I actually go here quite often, especially for the car wash. Their subscription is far better than other local washes. You can wash two cars a day, I own four so this really comes in handy. Actually the car wash is my favorite thing, because they offer a great monthly subscription price. Sadly that's also the reason I have to say it's just okay. It seems, especially as of late the car wash is out of order more often than not. In the past corporate has been very helpful and even refunded my monthly subscription price. This most recent time, someone called me, but when I tried to call them back and email them I got no response. I have to say that's the final straw. There is no point in spending 35 dollars a month when I'm unable to use it. UPDATE, they did finally reach out to me, and credit my account, so I guess I'll give them another chance.
