I walked in the boutique on Wednesday to buy a nice watch. I was offered a chair while the sales person was collecting the watches I requested to have a look at. In the meantime I was offered a drink, a bit later a sparkling water arrived while I requested a still water.
After I had a look at the watches I did find a very nice one (after I asked to order me the one I wanted he advised that would take 15 days, not interested to help with that at all) and and decided to purchase this fine watch. My Spanish drivers license which holds my Spanish NIE number and bank card where handed over and the payment was made.
You would think that everything apart from the water everything was in order. No, he now insisted that I handed over my passport and NIE card which I did not have one me, at this point the sale was already done. The incapable sales person then gave me a refund in to my bank account and started to blame me for the sale not to go true. How can he blame me for his own actions made the experience even worse.
Only the sale is important customer service is not. read more
