Neither time did we receive their fried chicken because they didn't bother to make it. For the life of me how do you take a call in order twice and mess it up? Just ended up ordering a coffee and working here for a while, but they also have acai smoothie bowls, bagels, assorted breakfast pastries, and soups for lunch. The space is way larger than you would expect from the outside, so there's plenty of seating and some nice comfy chairs/couches. Stagg was also very friendly and prompt. Will definitely be back when in town.

YOU HAVE TO VISIT THIS PLACE & GET A TOUR FROM BEN! My parents were visiting from out of town and…read morewere told from relatives near and far to go to the Wisconsin ginseng farms, because spoiler, it's different than the ginseng that is sold in Asia. My mom called ahead of time to schedule a tour (which is free) and when we arrived, the parking lot was packed! I found that it was mostly due to employees, but the environment was very welcoming. The store has all their products and Ben met us promptly with all other workers asking if there was anything they could help us with. Once we were all introduced, we found that it was a private tour we'd be going on and that we'd take a drive to the actual farm area as well as manufacturing area. All i can say, was that the tour was 2 hours but didn't have a set schedule. We went and saw farmers picking the ginseng, a large amount of the sites, the washing area, and then packaging/back to the store. It was amazing and went by so fast. Ben was super knowledgeable and very willing to share all the information he had stored. He also mentioned that the recommended time to visit is the summer until the end of October, so we had just made it at the perfect time to see the most action! Definitely stop by here, take a look on amazon, or on their website to see the product, or just schedule a tour. You won't regret it and you'll have a blast being immersed in the ginseng farming world, learning about their craft, and overall products. Happy adventuring!
