I couldn't believe the incredible food selection they had. However, it was one of the first times in my life that I couldn't decide on which coffee to get. They must have had twenty selections! Yummy. I complimented one of the employees on the cleanliness and selections that they offered. He was very proud of this store and said that this facility wins national awards. I was not surprised. I wish my town had this facility in our town. Congratulations on customer service at the highest quality. Jan G Lake Forest, IL This is not from San Francisco. It's from Lake Forest, IL

It was a bit odd though as the store was quite busy and it did interfere in the shopping experience as it would stop and start, often in the way of customers. There was only one checkout with a cashier open that had an extremely long line. While not a fan of self checkout, there were many registers open for that. Exiting the store appears to be AI enhanced as no human asked for a receipt when exiting. Just an average shopping experience lacking the human touch.

I was assured they would let pick up know we were there. 30 minutes later, after all the other cars that came after us left, the woman bringing out orders tapped in the window to find out what was going on. After 40 minutes we were on our way home. When we arrived home 6 of our 13 items were missing. I tried calling the store again and again and again. No answer (which is very typical at the Rib Mountain location). I called the 800 number where the AI assistant told me I did not have a membership under my zip code and the website told me I don't have an account under my email. So after nearly an hour I finally managed to get a human via the 800 number who helped process a refund for the items that we now have to go out and buy at a higher cost. We drove solely for the pickup order, 90+ minutes round trip.
