Our ducts were damaged by a skunk who had been living under the house several years back. Ron crawled through the entire area and came out with pictures and videos. He explained what needed to be replaced and repaired and an estimate of how long it would take. He gave me a quote on the spot and forwarded me all the videos and pictures. I thought the quote was reasonable and scheduled him to come back the following week. He and one of his guys arrived on time (9am) and completed the work by 11:15a. He replaced 2 duct runs and repaired a third. He hauled away all the damaged ducts and cleaned up the area when he left. All in all, everything went smoothly. Ron was very professional and very easy going.

They are diligent and timely with their responses and scheduling. Adlan came out and diagnosed our 20 year old A/C system and was able to revive it, but prepared us with options for the future should the system go out again. He was extremely thorough in explaining these in layman terms. HVAC systems will always need maintenance and repairs, that's a given.
