Jason pulled out the damaged part and spent some time trying to find a replacement part. He was finally able to locate a repair business in Austin that rebuilt the part plus a 2-year guarantee. Jason returned and replaced the refurbished part, and the oven works like new. As a new oven would cost several thousand dollars, I was pleased with the cost and the great service. I'd been meaning to replace our cracked garbage disposal for a while so asked if they could do that at the same time and "yes, no problem." Showed up on time and quickly found the issue with the dishwasher (piece of glass stuck) so he didn't even charge for that. Showed me how to fix it myself it it ever happens again, swapped out the disposal for a new one, cleaned up and was on his way. Super honest, friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced.
