The vehicles are neatly arranged by make, and you need to bring a toolbar. The have wheelbarrows for those who need alot, or heavy items. Also some whole vehicles for sell as well. The computer pretty much points you to where you need to go, and if they have it. The staff is very helpful and friendly, even to noobs who never even changed a tire. The SUV I bought last year is missing the antenna and part of the antenna base assembly. It was all…read morethere when I bought it, but the base broke at some point. My boss said he sees glue remnants on the part that is still attached to the roof, which indicates someone broke the base before I bought it, and it eventually fell off. Ever since I noticed it was broken a few months ago, I've been trying to find the antenna assembly at a decent price. I found it online for about $150 or more, but kept an eye on several salvage places in the area using their online databases. I finally found it recently at one in Greenbrier. That's a bit of a drive for me, and they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, the same hours I am at work in Nashville. The guy I spoke to at TN Auto Salvage offered to see if one of their drivers would deliver it, and he found someone. I called them day before yesterday and today someone delivered it to me. They charged $45 for the antenna and base assembly, which they removed from the car for me, and another $10 for delivery. EXCELLENT service. I would highly recommend doing business with them if they have what you need.
