However, the problem arose with the shipper he subcontracted with to deliver the car. They were terrible, and caused us great stress, and eventually, he had to get involved. He admitted that the shipper was very bad at communication, but at a certain point, he himself became difficult to tolerate, cuz once he was set off, he would make it all about himself--making sure you knew what all he did in the service and how he knows what he's doing, etc etc.. So, eventually, we became skeptical that we'd ever see our car again, but finally, they came up with a plan that should not have been hard for them, but it was, and after much cost on our part, we finally got our car--in a city 4 hours away, so we had to then drive it home. sheesh!

Not only was I uncomfortable sending money to a business I couldn't visit, but they also tried raising the price $500 over our agreed upon price I signed a contract for. Bumble Bee was the exact same price, local, didn't change the price on me and provided excellent communication both before, during and after the vehicle was dropped off. I'd most definitely recommend Keli and Bumble Bee Auto Transport if you need to ship a vehicle but I also think they do other transports as well.

This time took me more than a week, after more than 20 phone calls, to finally find a reliable car transporter, Cube Transport. The car transport industry, to me, is poorly reviewed. You find sparse comments on Google and there's a review site for car transports but the comments are not align with either yelp or google reviews. To many, it is understandable that car transport service could be poor, because it's likely a one time service. however it is different with Cube. I worked with Roman, he is very honest and gets back to me very quickly. He is an excellent communicator, text me back or call me back promptly. He is very knowledgeable and on time! The pick up of my car is right on time and the delivery was also on time, in person, and delivered to my door! Great dependable service! I would strongly recommend Cube transport and Roman if any of my friends and family need to transport their car!

The car showed up as it was when it left, all accessories and pieces intact. The driver was very nice and brought the car directly to my door. Which could be difficult given the size of his truck and trailer. Probably the only reason I didn't give them a five star review is lack of commitment to delivery window. It was mentioned that it would be delivered by a specific date but that kept slipping and ultimately not guaranteed. I am sure they were trying to make the most out of their return journey from Arizona and pick up/transport as many as possible, but I would think the estimated delivery date could be a bit more closely accurate. Overall, I would recommend using them for transport!
