DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF ITEMS TO MOVE!…read more **** This is my experience with the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! After I had time to sleep on this. I would give this company Negative 3 zero's! My reasoning is: 1. Despite it being a blind moving company (which they do not disclose to you) It's not good with customer service. 2. Yes, they provide a 16ft truck to blindly move massive amounts of stuff. However, it was the company's driver who informed me that a bigger truck was an option. I would have had to rent it on my expense (which I would have gladly done) knowing the amount that I had to move. And when I informed him it was never offered to me, he said, "I'll have to speak to him about that." 2. Because I was told that by the company's driver, I then expressed my concerns via text about not being informed of that option and the fact they would have to take multiple tips. So, at the beginning of the move, the company was aware I had concerns. 3. The drivers were rushing at the end. I know this because when I asked them to place things in their perspective places, the company's driver told me, "We have to focus on the larger items that can be moved because we need to be mindful of our time because we have other jobs to do." This was told to me towards the end of the 2nd unload. We still had to go back for another pick-up. Now, what has me upset is I get contacted by the owner at the end, after I pay the massive balance to move 20 minutes away!!!! He tells me that he didn't "know" I had concerns and he "wished" he would have known sooner because he could have given a discount. However, there's nothing her can do now. Bullshit! The company was aware I had concerns at the beginning!!! He then proceeds to tell me that the drivers told him that I added on things at the end to be moved. Bullshit again! You can check whatever body cam to verify. Everything in that house is needed to be moved! They were rushing at the end. They knew at the beginning they would have to take multiple trips! I even moved things in my car to help. In the end, I helped unload some items off the truck!! I didn't have to do that! Not when I'm paying you to do a job. However, I knew they were pressed for time. I would not rent a moving company to have them move partial items! That's incorrect. I will say the rug in the garage was picked up on the third pick-up run. WHAT I DONT LIKE IS BEING LIED TO OR BEING LIED ON!!!!!! I was good to your drivers. Even brought them dinner because I felt bad for them being rushed to move on and for the multiple trips. However, they now tell inaccurate information (Lies) to the company for the company contact me telling me there's nothing he can do!!!! Wtf! I moved 20 minutes away, and it cost me $1400!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have a lot of stuff to move, DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I will never recommend this company!

We recently used Andy Anderson to move based on good reviews we had read online and they were not…read moreworth the cost. The crew was nice and nothing was broken. However, they were horribly inefficient. It took a four man crew twice as long to move us out of the apartment as it had taken a 2 man crew to move us into the apartment with the same amount of stuff. Also, we had some bags with personal items in a corner that we said we would move ourselves. They insisted multiple times they needed the bags to use as filler in the truck, and when we finally said ok it took extra time for them to use an unnecessary amount of tape on the bags. Furthermore, we had a couch in the bedroom and this crew could not figure out how to move my couch without taking the bedroom door off its hinges- the whole process took an hour, which was problematic as we were paying $225 an hour. That couch has been through six moves with me- 2 of those times I personally moved with the help of an older uncle and it has never taken an hour to move because it's not a terribly heavy couch. In addition to the inefficiencies, we still have bookshelves, a glass insert, and a remote control that they packed up missing. Lastly, I had several boxes marked fragile in big, bold letters and the crew stacked heavy boxes on top of my fragile items.

The first time I used them one year ago it was…read moreamazing and we couldn't have been more pleased, but WOW what a difference a year can make because this recent move was far from WONDERFUL! So much damage to my furniture. Lack of professionalism, lack of care for our personal possessions. Arrived close to noon for a 4 bedroom home that should have started at 9am. Sending only 2 men. Wrapping furniture in plastic wrap versus moving blankets. Sliding the furniture down 2nd floor stairs vs carrying it. Dragging aluminum outdoor furniture across concrete. Marring walls and doors in our new home. I could go on and on and on! All I can say is RUN don't walk away from using this moving company. Read all the other 1 star reviews and take heed! Yes, they gave me a credit because they didn't want to deal with an insurance claim. If you do use them PAY for the extra insurance. Not that I'm convinced it would pay out for the damages. The ONLY positive is Derek the scheduler is a great guy but the movers give 2 poops about your possessions or the quality of their work.

Our move with Miracle Movers was the most stressful and disappointing move I have ever had in my…read morelife. My husband used to be in the military, so we are no strangers to moving. We encountered late movers, insufficient care of our items, and constantly changing pricing. We were recommended them by our realtor. It started off as expected with Rob, a former driver for Miracle Movers, coming to our house to perform an estimate and we were quoted for $3,900 to pack and move our stuff to Virginia. We called a week before our move to confirm our move date with Rob and we were then quoted $6,600 without anything changing in our house or destination. In that same call, I confirmed that they would wrap all our furniture and disassemble pieces as needed. Rob said that that would be no problem and we trusted him that this would be the case. The day of the move, the movers showed up 2 hours late at 10AM and the packers were still packing because they didn't bring enough materials the previous day. Our furniture was sat on the driveway concrete and brought into the truck unwrapped. We reminded the team that everything was supposed to be wrapped (as stated in the brochure we received). Shaun told us he would wrap the items the truck and he did not do this - a majority of our furniture was not packed as promised as shown in the below pictures. The realtor for the couple that bought our house stopped by and she was even shocked that furniture was going in unwrapped. They also only brought 2 mattress covers despite them knowing we had a 4 bedroom house and didn't box up our TVs. The team didn't even use their own blankets - they used ours and told us that it would have been extra if we wanted them use their blankets (not mentioned in the initial consultation)! Shaun called his manager Derek to bring another truck as they needed more space. Once Derek arrived, I let him know my thoughts and he was very dismissive. He did a walkthrough of the house with my granddaughter and kept walking away before she had the opportunity to tell him the items that still needed to be taken out. My husband and granddaughter ended up helping move stuff because it was taking so long and was getting dark. My granddaughter even had to show the team how to wrap our glass table in our blankets so it wouldn't be scratched or broken. They didn't leave until after 8PM and they still left things behind. We had previously booked a hotel room in Virginia, but were unable to drive up since we were so exhausted and frustrated so we had to book another hotel to stay the night. On our drive up the next day to meet the movers and unpack, Derek told us that the final total was nearly $12,000 and laughed at our frustration! My husband and I felt extremely deceived as our quote changed had 3 times: $3,900, $6,600, to finally $11,885. We also weren't told until the day they were delivering our items that they would only take a cashiers check or credit card. Upon unpacking, we saw that only 1 item was packed as we had expected based on our conversation with Rob. A few items were plastic wrapped, but the majority were not. The trucks were packed extremely disorganized and it looked like our things were put in haphazardly. We even saw someone literally throw a box into the storage unit. We haven't unpacked yet, but we are concerned that our items may be damaged. Management needs to provide better communication, more accurate pricing, and more training to the crew. This was absolutely not worth the $12k we spent and we have told our realtor about this experience as well. We would we appreciate a follow up to this because we are very disappointed.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!…read more It breaks my heart to write this, but some things must be said. What was supposed to be a simple, routine move turned into an absolute nightmare. The movers arrived 15 minutes late not a huge deal, I brushed it off. But soon after they began working, they dropped our dryer down the stairs. I was frustrated, of course, but I told myself, "Accidents happen. They're only human." But then what happened next was beyond unacceptable. It was a complete betrayal. The very people we welcomed into our home, offered cold water to, greeted with kindness and respect... stole my medicinal marijuana. My prescription. My pain relief. Gone. Taken by the very hands we trusted. Let that sink in we trusted this company to be professional, to do their job with integrity instead, I was left in pain, without the medication I rely on to get through each day. An entire month's worth stolen. And the response from management? "You should've had it put up." Excuse me? It was packed. It's also our house, anywhere I put it at is put up. But that's beside the point how about hiring movers who don't steal? To top it all off, they offered me a measly $75 a pathetic gesture that doesn't even come close to covering the cost of what was stolen, let alone the pain, stress, and sheer violation I now feel. Not to mention we paid over $900! This experience has left me scarred. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. So please if you're considering booking with this company... BEWARE. What happened to us can happen to you. And trust me no move is worth this kind of DISAPPOINTMENT.
